VIDA Dentistry

I signed up to VIDA Dentistry recently and was very pleased with the experience. It was easy to book, with registration possible completely online, and very fairly priced. The dentist and hygienist I saw were both very friendly and they talked me through potential work that might be needed in the future without pressuring me to agree to anything there and then. As far as a visit to the dentist goes I can't fault them!

I am a new patient at VIDA Dentistry and I'm a bit of a project after several years of putting things off. I have received brilliant care and been put at ease. I haven't felt any pressure, I've been able to book appointments at my pace and had everything explained to me clearly. I recently had some treatment and was worried the next day that I wasn't feeling right. When I contacted reception, Abi phoned me straight away and I was seen within an hour by my dentist Kostas, assessed and reassured. I was given antibiotics in case I needed them, which I haven't needed. My young children are also with the practice and we're all very happy with the care we receive, everyone is lovely. Thank you for making our dental appointments a positive experience.

I have had several appointments at Vida over the past few weeks and have found the staff very friendly and professional. I have found them to be honest and transparent with regard to pricing and non-judgemental where I have delayed appointments in order to budget for them. Dentists James and Antonios have been incredibly gentle and respectful with me, and a big thank you to Catherine, the hygienist, who knowing I was nervous, adapted her approach to make the process as comfortable for me as possible.

I was so desperate for an emergency appointment for a wisdom extraction due to unbearable pain. I was asked to come 1 hr after i called. The procedure was so fast yet the dentist was so gentle and explained everything step by step

Having a tooth out is a last resort and not something to look forward to! If you're extra nervous, think about having it done under sedation. No trauma, no pain, no fuss, great after care. Massive thankyou James at Vida dentistry, Fareham.

I had an amazing experience, I am usually a very nervous patient but the friendly reception team as well as the lovely dental nurse has put me at ease. The dentist was also very calming and professional.

Having a tooth extraction for the first time , the doctor understood my anxiety around the whole experience. I have absolutely no pain or inflammation after the procedure . I recommend this dental cabinet . Overall clean and tidy and the staff is very helpful . The fact that they called the next day to ask me how i feel , it's speaks volume on customer support . This is a great dental practice, the staff are welcoming and professional. Nida makes you feel relaxed and comfortable during treatments and she explains everything really well. I’m glad I chose this dental practice and would recommend friends and family.
