Roseville House Dental Practice

By far the best dental practice i have been to, from the reception staff to the hygienist and especially my Dentist Dr Mahesh Patel. I have always been a very nervous patient but he just has a way of really calming my nerves and really takes the time to put me at ease before he starts the treatment also he is not rough or heavy handed like some other dentists I have seen in the past. Treatments are always thoroughly explained, staff are always friendly and whenever I have called with a problem i have been accommodated with quick appointments. Definitely would recommend this practice. Friendly, professional staff, just all around great service!

I recently visited Roseville House with raging toothache. I had previously been to another practice and was referred to Gloucester Royal Hospital, I had been in agony with the tooth and my existing dentist was unable to take the tooth out. I rang Roseville House and their lovely reception staff were able to get me on the same day, I saw Helena who reassured me and arranged for the difficult tooth to be taken out. I was very nervous but Helena and her team were brilliant to the extent I didn't even realize when the tooth had come out! Thank you so much, I am so grateful.

This place always seems busy so it’s best to a make routine check up appointment a few weeks (or months!) in advance. I was seen very quickly in an emergency when I lost a filling and half a tooth with it. The quality of the work is well worth the cost. I can’t fault the staff either.

Parking is a real problem; there's none on site and the road opposite soon fills up.

I am an extremely nervous dental patient and, as such, very rarely visit a dentist. I have visited a dentist 3 times in around the last 25 years and none of them went well. I was booked in to an NHS site for an extraction when my partner suggested I tried her Dental practise, Roseville House.
I went this morning.
What can I say, quite simply the very best dental practise I have ever been to. All the staff are amazing. Warm & friendly. But my dentist was on a level above all other dentists I have ever been to. It was clear she could tell I was nervous and she took time to examine me carefully. There was no rush and every single thing was explained to me. The level of detail in her report on my teeth & gums was incredible. All options were explained to me in minute detail and she made suggestions as to the best way forwards. I am booked in for further appointments.
I sincerely cannot rate this dental practise highly enough.

Can not recommend enough! Brilliant, friendly stuff. Excellent communication and response time. I absolutely love my new veneers, Dr Dhillon worked absolute wonders on renewing my veneers. Instant confidence boost.

I have been a customer / patient at this practice for a number of years. I was with the NHS and this practice is just so much better. Today again did not disappoint. Saw an excellent Hygienist and then Mr Mahesh who is frankly excellent. A real gent, Knowledgeable and very fair. Nothing other than praise from me and highly recommended in all regards

I'm very happy with the dental practice. Yes, I pay more than an NHS dentist, but the feeling of security and comfort from going there is worth it. I'm on Denplan, which makes it more affordable and gives me peace of mind. Recently, my dentist filled my front tooth and did an outstanding job. It has been slightly crooked and chipped since childhood, and I was always conscious of it. But Peter suggested filling it, which no other dentist had suggested was possible. As a result, I now have a straight tooth at the front; moreover, she did it on the Denplan insurance, so I paid nothing extra for it.

One nice little touch is that they have an aquarium in the waiting area - I find looking at fish swimming very relaxing, and it shows their thoughtfulness that they have this there.

I'm not too fond of their car park - it is cramped and difficult to get out of, but there is plenty of parking in the nearby shopping precinct, so that is no problem for me.

I came to Roseville House Dental Practice looking for some cosmetic work to be done to my teeth following an assault there years ago. Mahesh has done an absolutely wonderful job with my teeth - I had both whitening and composite bonding done and my teeth have never looked so good, I can’t stop smiling. It’s been worth every penny. All of the staff are wonderful and welcoming, and the care & communication has been second to none. Thank you!
