My family and I have been coming to this dentist for 12 years. Since they opened the second building on Congrieve Walk, the service has declined. Our appointments regularly get changed and the dentists only seem to work part-time hours. My son has been told he needs a filling and a potential further three, but six months ago we were told his teeth were in good, healthy condition (diet and brushing hasn't changed dramatically). I have always received a scale and polish, but this doesn't seem to be the case anymore. They definitely aren't as good as they used to be.

Wife spent all day in and out today being messed around to sort out her tooth and once done couple of hours later it broke again. Talk about a cowboy job. Wheres the quality gone. Practice manager you need to wake up and get your practice in order. Poor service and bad management

Second filling I've had done here that is causing me no end of pain and there was blood after it'd been done. I had no problems with how my teeth were before both of these fillings. The pain is also causing migraines. I can't recall my dentist's name right now but she did a better job at removing my wisdom teeth last year.

This practice has had gone so far downhill if the icebergs melt any further you'll have to swim there!

Cracked a tooth on Tuesday, called up Wednesday morning and the earliest appointment I could get was Friday morning,

Turn up to my appointment (I appreciate I was just under 10 mins late) to be told I'd been moved to the other practice around the corner (would have been helpful information when booking) to them be made to wait a further 25 minutes in the waiting room.

The dentist then looks for half a second at my tooth (bearing in mind I can feel the nerve is exposed so had asked for them to book me a slot long enough for the extraction) she then tells me I've only booked in for a check up and they'll take an x-ray but probably not do anything for me today and that they never would go straight for an extraction. This is a blatant lie as last October a family member had exactly that done at this dentist. I was also told by the dentist that it was my fault we didn't have time as I was late, despite them keeping me waiting twice as long.

I am understandably frustrated at this point as I'm in agony from an exposed nerve and having to deal with the nerve of the dentist lying to my face.

I am again sent to wait in the waiting room for another 20-25 minutes only to be called back in and told that the dentist there doesn't have the skills to extract it and she'll need to give me a referral. This is Friday so she's shipped me off with no help, nothing to help with any pain and no offer of a temporary filling or the like to cap the nerve and stave some pain and allow me to eat etc over the weekend. So hardly a "care" provider.

Upon querying why this can't be extracted when my family members had in the same day with no prior appointment I was berrated and told that she's too busy as they're short staffed and all her time is clinical allocated so even the referral would be done on her own time. I appreciate for the individual this must be hard. But as a paying customer I do not expect to be spoken to this way. The practices poor management is not something I should be being made to feel bad about as a customer in pain. Absolutely disgusting.

So in short, only go here if you want to be lied to, berrated, messed around and then fobbed off.

I travel from kettering to this dentist in Bedworth...from my nervous first day my dentist Bindhu Patel was lovely..reassuring me & was very informative of my dental procedure & the staff are friendly & welcoming I'd highly recommend this practise to everyone 👌

I do not recommend this office. I called the office on October 28 and received an appointment on November 17 at 4:10 p.m. I specified that I wanted to go to the Diana dock. I got to the appointment 46 minutes drive I live in leicester. he tells me at the reception that I have an appointment and he asks me about the benefit, I tell him that I do, after 3 minutes he tells me that I can only have an appointment with doctor diana and that he sends me to someone else. I explained at the reception that I want to see that doctor, she tells me that if I pay and don't go on benefit, I go to Consult at doc Diana. I said that I pay but I want to be seen by that doctor. of course it was not accepted. I got to an Indian who, of course, does not have much experience. I sent more than 30 people to this office, but I made the biggest mistake, I don't recommend it. avoid this place. I also talked to the manager, of course, and she said that it was their fault that she didn't call to tell me that I was only going to see this doctor, but nothing more. of course I will complain further

All of my family have been coming to this practice for years. Highly recommend. Always excellent service, staff extremely professional and put you at ease. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I want to share with anyone thinking of having dental work done here.

Truly. They are the best. The dental nurse who has treated me a few times is Brilliant. Funny. Makes my treatment as nice as possible. She is my favourite. Her name is Yasmeen. Would recommend the surgery and her to anyone. Oh and her assistant Elle.
