Would stay far away from this dentist has you can. Been refused appointments because I booked a hygiene appointment (which I never) so the scatty female manager then told me if I want my emergency appointment I would have to pay 40pound or get took of the dentist list. She then presumed to make out she was the victim of this situation. She sounds like she's got power to her head, has the main person in charge is not there until friday. Too top things off.... who wears a flowered dress In november. Unprofessional

The dentist understood my fear and made me feel as ease

I have had mixed experiences of this practice. The receptionists are generally rude and unhelpful. I have had cancelled appointments where they made little effort to contact me to tell me they were cancelling it (and then wasted much of my time turning up to the appointment which they then never bothered to rebook for me), and receptionists don't seem to be able to answer direct questions such as 'do I need to reregister as a patient?'. I have seen at least two dentists here though who have been thoroughly professional, informative and have gone out of their way to advise me on my teeth. If you can get past the reception, you will be served well!

Wouldn't bother if your NHS here. They don't treat the problem and know you'll be back in pain. I phoned up to cancel appointments due to work commitments and more than 24 hours before appointment time thinking there was no issue and had covid systems on my last appointment and when I called to re appoint I was told I was off the books. They were supposed to sort surgery over two years ago and it hasn't happened even though the dentist broke my tooth and left only the roots in, now I keep getting infected and don't have any idea about this supposed surgery and also off the books through no fault of my own. Tried to speak to the manager who knows I really can't stand dentistry as I get in a right state when worked on but she was outright rude and wouldn't answer any questions about the surgery needed.

Due to my health issues with asthma I called them to say I was very unwell and would need to rearrange my appointment they said they are taking me of the books I would recommend everyone to stay well away from this dentist they are very rude and always very rude people stay away thanks

The dentist is great the receptionist on the other hand is rude and needs to learn some customer service skills
