I've b den to this practice since I was a child and over the years have been very well looked after. Recently I have had unbelievable tooth pain which results in root canal treatment. No only did they see me as in emergency, they sorted out the pain and referred me to a specialist, whilst at the same time explaining my situation on my behalf in an attempt to keep the cost of root canal semi-reasonable.

I first came to this practice by referral. I have a fear of dentists and had to have quite a lot of work done - I normally always have intravenous because of my fear. My dentists name is Claudia and after explaining my fear to her she said she would look after me. After weeks of treatment with the numbing injection and her talking me through and checking I was ok I now can go to her without drama. Even though I still don’t like going to the dentists if I need to go I trust her!

An exceptionally talented team - this small practice is nothing short of brilliant. The dentist is the best I've ever come across, as is the hygienist. They really know their stuff and work to an exceptional standard. I feel I'm in safe, expert hands and although no one goes to the dentist to have a good time, they are so attentive, and dare I say it, fun to be around.

Yes, the décor in the reception area is a bit dated, and yes, you may have to book appointments a fair way in advance, but in response to those comments, I don't go to the dentists for the interior design of the waiting room, and a fully booked schedule is a good sign of a popular dentist (just like the best restaurants are normally the busy ones). If you have an emergency, they won't leave you in the lurch, quite the opposite.

Having experience some awful dentists in the past, I must deeply express how exceptional i have found Monica in treating me recently by performing root canal treatment, under a emergency appointment and relieving me from toothache that i couldn't tolerate for another day. She has also done a wonderful job in giving me white fillings on my front teeth and restoring my trust and comfordent in a dentist.

Absolute joke of a place, stuck in the 1970s, appointments months and months away then keep you waiting when you do eventually get there. Plenty of nice dentists around so would suggest going to anywhere other than here.

Awful dentist that don't have the decency to contact you when your appointment had been cancelled. I will be going elsewhere.
