Smile Dental Care - Cippenham

My family and I have been with Cippenham practice for the last 12 years, I have always been seen to by the same dentist. Dr E Rodrigues is always friendly and warm when we get there. This definitely put the kids at ease!! Her treatment is always perfect, my daughter has had three teeth removed but due to the high level of professionalism she is not scared to go back. The nurses that work with the dentist are also very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this practice if you are looking for a dentist.

Dr Rodrigues is a caring, professional dentist who I can’t recommend enough. The fact that my young children and elderly parents, as well as other family members and friends have joined her patient list over the years based on the dental treatment provided to me is a real testament to her skill and how she looks after her patients.

After a lifetime of being terrified of dentists I am so pleased I found Smile Cippenham. Dr Rodrigues is amazing as too is her nurse. I needed an extraction, a filling repair and deep descaling. The team were so reassuring and professional. The work was carried out 2 days ago. I followed the written instructions I was given post treatment and now totally back to eating and drinking as normal. Many thanks and will be booking regular check ups in future for the 1st time ever.

I have been with many dentist in London and Windsor and I changed to this one and I have to say Dr. Rodrigues is the best of all I have seen so far, she is very professional, kind and caring. The staff is also very welcoming. I do really recommend this surgery. I have moved away and still I drive to them.

I am registered with Smile Dental from last 3 years. Complain I have is the receptionist is too lazy she doesn't work hard she never answer the phone when you live the msg for her sometimes she never call back .

Looking for private treatment with this company and phoned frequently only to be cut off by a receptionist or diverted to extension 2501 and then cut off. If they can't manage reception then I question their ability to manage dental care. The test of an organisation is the reception.

Went for scale and polish. The hygienist finished in about 20 mins. I came home and could still see some stains and feel plaque on my teeth. I had scale and polish done a few times before and my teeth always felt clean. I called back and the receptionist straight away rebooked me with the hygienist without any issues. Went back in about a week and the hygienist was not happy with me coming back. No apology or anything. She asked me where where the stains were. Each time she cleaned an area she would ask me where the next problem was. She was awkward and made me feel uncomfortable for coming back. I went there on recommendation of a friend who had a great experience with the dentist. I will never go back for hygienist there.

I always have the habit of avoiding dentist due to my long standing issue of dental anxiety. Finally I started getting my treatment from Dr.Shahbaz Akthar.. understands my situation and makes sure am comfortable.. clear treatment plan and makes sure it is done well..
