Mydentist, Cowick Street, Exeter

Have never been a lover of going to the dentist. However since joining this practice 5.5years ago I have been far more relaxed about going to visit and for having treatment!
Aga is the best Dentist I have ever had. She is kind, gentle and understanding. She explains exactly what she is going to do and asks repeatedly if you are okay!
I hope she never leaves as she really is a Huge asset to this dental practice!

My four year old was incredibly frightened of coming for her first checkup but the dentist and the dental nurse were simply lovely. They really made her feel welcome and reassured. She lay happily and let them check her teeth, then as I had my check up she was very interested in watching the process from the outside. Both nurse and dentist answered all her questions fully and listened when she offered an opinion on what she saw. My own check up was great, very gentle and professional and I don't like the process much normally. The admin staff were also very professional and friendly, I felt like a valued patient from when they greeted me to when I left.
I couldn't recommend the practice more highly.

Absolutely wonderful dental surgery. Both of the dentists I have seen there have been exceptional. Kind, empathetic and gentle with their work which is lovely. Dr Tatineni was so patient, and answered all of my many questions with expertise and specific recommendations - thank you. The technicians were also wonderful. Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and managed to get an emergency orthodontic fix sorted for me very fast. The practice is also very well priced for private treatment. Absolutely recommend to anyone who is nervous about going to the dentist or is looking for a new one. I will be returning.

Been seeing aga and Mandy for a number of years now . They are always nice and professional . They make me feel at ease when they are doing any treatment .The reception staff do there best to get me in as fast as possible and are always Pleasant.

Excellent service from the booking phone call through to the dentistry on the day. All friendly staff, really helpful and smiling . My dentist Aksana is new to the practise and looked after my filling issue superbly, assisted by another lady who made up a great team effort. I've been a client at this surgery 25 years never been any problems until now had not been able to go for over 2 years due to the covid. So finally get back to appointments and recently I have been diagnosed with cancer which hospital are dealing with so on arrival last week I wanted to speak to the dentist about the cancer treatment I'm going to recieve and was told you have to pay up front the old woman that came out was very rude and told me JUST PAY IT despite the fact I was 16 20 in credit , and refused to let me talk to dentist about my serious position I'm in so I walked out this old woman needs to learn to respect people problems I'm fuming about this treatment I have received from this dentist and now I'm without a dentist all because some old woman felt she was going to be awkward they still have my money and no one has bothered to contact me to find out why I have some serious operations to face this year and now I've no dentist is this the way to treat pensioners NO of course its not I hope everyone will see this report and something comes of it NOT NICE IS IT yours Terry Styles

I've only ever had good treatment at My Dentist so would recommend it to anyone in need of professional treatment.
