Ware Dental Care

Excellent service! Went there for a cleaning and came back for a teeth whitening. Dr Adraktas was really welcoming, knowledgable and spent extra time explaining the process in details. I highly recommend this practice. Plus, you get a welcome package when you register for the first time.

Absolutely can’t fault this place. Mr Shah and his team run a friendly and efficient practice, and even for a nervous patient like me, make it a whole lot less stressful. Everyone seems pleased to see you too - from the staff downstairs to the dentists themselves.

One big plus for me is that they are nearly always on time, and the one time they were not, explained and apologised that they had an emergency. I’d urge any nervous people looking for a dentist to try Ware Dental Care.

Appalling experience. The dentist, a lady, couldn’t finish my appointment quick enough. Completely disinterested in the pacient. I have transferred to a different dentist now.
The reception area is dated and the practice itself screams for a revamp.
Avoid at all cost.

My normal Dentist was unable to remove the deep root following a recent extraction.
She referred me to Ware Dental Care for the specialist procedure , of delving into my gum in order to remove the remaining root.

I found the Receptionists smiling and very helpful, and reassuring.
I was impressed by the preparations that were made in the surgery , before I was invited to the dentist room.
In these times they do lots of preparation.

I was seen by Mr Tamer Theodassy,

From the start I was impressed by the fact that he injected the anaesthetic with very little pain to me .
Very good .
Then he, and his kind assistants proceeded with great confidence and reassurance.
In a short time , it was finished ...
On reflection , I am writing this review because :
It was obviously a potentially difficult procedure.
His skill meant that he did not make a large incision in my gum .
So I did not need stitches !
I was left with very little bleeding !
I had very little pain afterwards!!
His skilful work did as little disruption to my gum as was possible.
All in all ,
I think I was very lucky to have Mr Theodassy carry out my treatment.

After attending Ware Dental Care for a while now I felt it was time to come on and give a review.I was shocked to see the 1 star reviews to be honest.I have only EXCELLENT praise for this practice.The receptionists are helpful one in particular Maria who is always so pleasant and will do her best to sort out your enquiry .To a lovely helpful and pleasent dental nurse Jacqui who I had the pleasure to meet today while visiting my dentist who is Priyanka. Now I have had a few dentists in my time and had some very bad experiences.I have never come across one like Priyanka, I felt like it was my lucky day from the very first appointment with priyanka. She is a pleasant young lady who explains herself to you very well, she listens and asks if you have any questions .What I really liked about Priyanka is how confident she is as a dentist.Which she has every reason to be because every procedure she has performed on me has been a complete success . I am so happy to finally have found a dentist that I have 100% + faith in . My Husband has now left he's dentist and registered with Priyanka he's had a procedure done and is extremely satisfied. Absolutely appalling booked ‘emergency appointment’ due to bad toothache. Was charged £30 on arrival before you even walk in the door, to be seen my a dentist who refused to take a tooth out, no infection, no reason not remove it other than ‘we are very busy we have seen you at short notice’ to walk downstairs to an empty practice. Absolute joke, no help whatsoever to my situation gave me a ‘temporary’ piece of garbage to fill the hole no help with pain, stayed in for about 60 seconds then popped out. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT DENTIST. Waste of £30, 2 hours, still in pain, back on the original waitlist for 6 weeks to see a real dentist. Thanks a bunch

UPDATE - now sat at the private clinic 100 yards away awaiting tooth extraction.

Horrible waiting time, we book our appointment for 4 o'clock and after 30min we was still waiting!!!! Staff dont even apologise, small sugestion take less patients, if you can't make it!! Horrible horrible service and a massive mess in communication.

Unfortunately the receptionists let the practice down. Very curt and short on the phone and not the best listeners - always interrupting, trying to anticipate what you’re going to say. In the waiting room they chat away with each other, making no attempts at hiding their annoyance when the phone rings. It’s a shame, as the practitioners themselves are great, some of the best dentists I’ve had. I’ve since moved away from the area and I have to say I relished the opportunity to register with a new practice.
