Oakley Road Dental Practice

I had a hygienist appointment this morning with Michelle & Lisa. All the staff at the practice were welcoming and friendly. The practice is bright, inviting, well looked after and extremely clean. Michelle & Lisa made me feel at ease straight away and they were extremely polite, energetic and really down to earth. I was a bit nervous before the appointment as I had never had a hygiene appointment before however, I was soon feeling comfortable and felt at ease. They always ensured I was okay and I felt relaxed and they let me know what was going on every step of the way. I left with a big smile on my face and it couldn't have gone any better. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Lovely ladies here always looked after me so well I wouldn't go anywhere else. Mel and Michelle are so professional and knowledgeable they make you feel at ease. Girls on the front desk are all lovely too, it is a pleasure to book an appointment rather than a chore to visit a dentist/ortho. Thanks from me. 10/10 😁

I've been under Oakely Road for over year now after a bad experience with my NHS dentist. I cannot reccomend them highly enough. The dentist was so lovely and talked me through dental care in a way that was really easy to listen to and understand. As a smoker I always dreaded the hygienist.. it always equaled a telling off in the past. At Oakley I felt no judgement and way given advice that I'd always been to afraid to ask for such as flossing and actually how to properly brush my teeth. Everyone I met there was so lovely. I no longer fear the dentist.

Been coming to this practice for almost a year now and cannot recommend them enough. If you've had bad experiences at a dentist before, don't hesitate to go here, as the staff are so welcoming and put you at ease. First class service from everyone from reception onwards, every time I've been. Both Dimitri the dentist and Michelle the hygienist I've seen clearly explain any problems or issues and what needs doing, in a friendly, non judgemental way and you never feel awkward to ask questions or advice about anything. Can not recommend this practice and all the staff enough. They have all supported me and cheered me on, from my first highly anxious consultation to willingly having quite drastic, for me, cosmetic dentistry... within less than two years. All the staff I meet there seem to be as happy for me as I am with my lovely new smile.

I have just completed Invisalign treatment with Mel. I am so pleased with the end result and couldn't be happier. Mel and her team are amazing, she put me at ease immediately and made me feel very comfortable. The reception team are lovely too and I would highly recommend the practice.

I had a appointment today to see the Hygienist Michelle. I suffer from really bad anxiety so I had been really worried about going. Now i regret wasting my time being nervous! Michelle is a really friendly, down to earth lady who made me feel at ease straight away. She gave me a lot of advice on how to clean my teeth and gums properly. I actually left in shock as I was expecting a really horrible and painful experience but it was completely the opposite, will 100% be staying with this dental practice as I have never met such friendly welcoming staff, they are all lovely. Thank you very much :)

Very friendly and professional. I had the air polishing done by the hygienist today and it was very efficient at removing hard to reach stains in-between my teeth. Would recommend this practice.
