Beechcroft Dental Practice

This was my first visit to Beechcroft Dental Surgery, having just moved into the area. Whilst several miles from where I live, this was the closest surgery that would take a new NHS patient.

Having not been to the dentist for over 10 years, I was somewhat apprehensive. I needn't have been. All of the staff I dealt with at Beechcroft were kind, friendly, and supportive - from the reception staff, to the Dentist and the Dental Nurse.

The surgery seems very well kitted-out, and was spotlessly clean. Whilst busy, everything seemed to be running efficiently, and I was seen bang on time.

All-in-all I am was very impressed, and am pleased that Beechcroft is the dentist I have ended up being registered with. I won't be remotely apprehensive going for my next check-up, and this is largely due to the professionalism and demeanour of the Beechcroft staff.

I would definitely recommend this surgery to others seeking a good Dentist.

I've been with Beechcroft for over a year now and I have found all the staff, receptionists, dentists, dental nurses, without exception, are all wonderful, friendly people. Unlike my previous dentist, I find that the team at Beechcroft all give me the time I need. They don't treat me like I'm a timewaster, just a means to make money, or just a number. I would, without hesitation, recommend Beechcroft to anyone looking for a dentist, or is fed up with their dentist. I can now go to dentist happy and without fear "of the dentist"! Keep up the good work everyone.

I had my first appointment today and was not disappointed. I was seen on time, my treatment was explained to me in great detail by the dentist and I came away feeling extremely satisfied. I can highly recommend this dental practice.

I have been with this dental surgery for many years. My previous dentist retired and being a very nervous patient I didn’t go for a long time. I had nothing to fear. Carla is fantastic and I have been able to build a relationship with her so that i trust her implicitly. Even to the point of recently having a filling! She is so patient and caring. All the staff are wonderful. I would highly recommend this dental 🦷 practice.

Awful practice, very rude reception! I was 4 minutes late due to traffic I called and explained this to the receptionist who said there was a 5 minute late policy, however I made in time to be told very abruptly that the hygienist was talking to the dentist and cancelled my appointment! Absolutely shocking customer service skills. Avoid this practice.

Excellent service Thankyou to my dentist and the lovely staff , feeling a bit grotty after minor oral surgery but have had good advice on what to do and what not to do , looking forward to future appointments to get denture fitted a big Thankyou 😊

Well my partner had a dentist appointment to but she phoned and we are just the corner they phoned back and said that she was 7 minutes late so they cancelled her appointment this dentist is not good at all

Thank you once again for a really excellent appointment. This followed a break for hospital treatment. The practice fell in with dates and cancellations now we are finally back on track thank you Beechcroft.
