I was in so much pain this morning with toothache, the receptionist was so very kind and helpful and apologised that there were no appointments available for that day. She made me an appointment for the next day. About an hour later she rang me back to tell me there had been a cancellation, and would I like it. Went to the surgery, she seemed so glad that she could help me. Such a kind and caring attitude, really regret not asking her her name now!
The dentist I saw was also very understanding of how much pain I was in and treated me with care. And after a practically pain free (apart from the dreaded injections) filling and an extraction, was on my way home. Would highly recommend this dental practice. From picking up the phone to the end of my treatment 10/10

I find going to the dentist to be a difficult experience but Minty and his dental technician colleague put me at ease. I was talked through every aspect of the treatment and his patience and skill was evident. There's plenty of parking and the waiting area is roomy and relatively comfortable.

Reception Staff - Friendly, Empathetic and Accommodating via Phone and Email. As well as in person for me and others
Dental Staff - Dentist, Hygienist and Dental Nurse are all patient, sympathetic and understanding.

Personally I am very fearful of dental treatment but I felt as ease without judgment with this surgery. In a strange way I look forward to my next appointment

Very nice hygienist! The procedure was carried out quickly, my teeth look clean and smooth! I highly recommend! I will come back here for sure! But at the reception, as usual, not nice ladies who work there for punishment. This is not the first time, they are always dissatisfied. I wanted to make an appointment for whitening, but I prefer to do it online. I do not recommend the receptionists!!!

I had an emergency appointment and am so grateful as I phoned in the morning and was given one the same evening. On arrival the receptionist was extremely friendly and polite, and after a very short wait, I was called in. The dentist was equally friendly, professional and empathetic.

The whole experience was excellent, and when in pain, the reassurance and care was so needed. I now have antibiotics, and could not be more relieved at the prospect of getting better now.

From Start to finish, great service.

Parking, not an issue. There is dedicated parking for those using the dentists and other facilities near by, if this parking is taken there are roughly another 60 parking bay within 30 meters...Parking is so easy and stress free.

Booking in process slick and professional. The surgery is located on the 1st floor, however, there is also a lift that can be used if needed.

I was fully informed prior to my treatment, what I may hear, feel and the likes. Also fully informed what to carry out as post care. The team that looked after me, front of house to Dentist were super professional.

Boots chemist next door in case you need follow-up meds.

Good NHS and private services with seven day and late opening hours. Quite easy to get an appointment at short notice. Excellent service today, worthy of five stars, but very dependent on the dentist you get. In the past I have nearly drowned when the Hygienist had no assistant and been in pain. But not today.
