Greenleaves Dental Practice

Everything clean and sparkling. Staff friendly and helpful. My purpose of the visit was to take a patient who was having a 90 minute root canal job, on picking her up ,she was smiling, from that I gathered that it was a trouble free experience. The lady in question was a senior citizen, and as you may know some of them can be techy, but not in this case. She said thank you Martin for the treatment, and I say thank you Hope for the coffee .

I am very nervous of dental treatment after a bad experience many years ago .
I was recommended to Dr Costa and today was my 2nd visit , both times for an extraction.
The whole process inspires confidence, from the lovely receptionist, to the fast , painless extraction, and the kind dental assistant. I would highly recommend

I had awful experiences with dentists. Expensive, sub par and on one occasion abusive treatment. I hadn't seen a dentist in a couple of years. I was terrified beyond reasonable comprehension.

I desperately needed a root canal and was recommended Greenleaves. It was by far the best recommendation I have ever followed up. I was treated with respect, dignity and compassion. Even though I cried in the chair, I left laughing. Even though I shook the whole way to the denstist, rehersing my reasons for my lack of dental care, I left feeling validated and cared for. My treatment was very successful. I even went back to the hygenist there in spite of the visceral fear I felt around that aspect of care.

They were wonderful. All of them. The laughter, the genuine concern for my oral health, the compassion from everyone, dentist, dental assistant, hygenist, even the receptionist, has cemented my patronship at this dentist.

There is no fear here. There is no shame. Just a real and genuine desire to help people.

I cannot thank this practice enough. I'm going back soon. Willingly.

I received an honest (which was very much appreciated) approach from Martin. Outlined a plan going forward. Took the time to have a straightforward chat with me and put me at ease and have confidence in him. Staff were all lovely.

Martin has been our family dentist for many years. He is honest and thorough and always puts you at ease. Today he extracted a molar for my 12 year old daughter. She got really worried and upset, Martin (and his dental nurse) was so kind and reassuring to her. I could see how challenging she was making it for him to perform the extraction but he remained calm and used just the right amount of kindness and instruction to be able for her to cooperate and enable Martin to complete the procedure safely. We really appreciate having such a lovely dentist so close I wouldn’t send my children anywhere else.

Myself and my family are registered with this dentist and I can honestly say that we have never been happier. I am an extremely neverous patient and they accommodate me perfectly. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the surgery is a clean welcoming space.
I have also had lip injections from Martin. Not only am I extremely happy with my results, he really did make the whole process so easy and relaxing. He even showed me pics of his beautiful dogs to calm me down.
