Leonette Rossouw Dental Practice

The most incredible dentist Ive ever had. I would literally fly to another country to have treatment with her. Highly qualified, very gentle, professional and changed my life. Awesome, outstanding. Been a patient for many years.

She very Gental and nice.... BUT between me and my son, She has worked on 4 separate teeth all have got infected months later. 1 needed antibiotics, 2 teeth turned dark and 1 needed removing.

My family drive from Cambridge just to use this dental surgery. Such a lovely atmosphere, everything is clean and staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our children actually love coming to the dentist, surprising for a 4 and 8 year old. Leonette is so professional and a absolute star. I have been using this practice for several years and have always found Leonette and my hygienist to be friendly, skilled and knowledgeable. I recently had an extraction, my first in 50 years. It was a back one with deep roots. It took Leonette a couple of minutes and she accomplished it without causing me pain. She was very confident in her significant dental abilities and is the only dentist for me.

Worst dentist surgery. Charges £90 for a 10 minute dental check up. An appointment that was meant to be 30 minutes. They ran late by 20 minutes, and let me sit in reception without informing me she is running late. Only when I sat there and asked did they go and bother to check what was going on. I attempted to rearrange the appointment but as I work in health care I work long hours so could not call on their opening hours schedule so they said I could not post pone or rearrange my appointment without being charged. Yet they’ve run over and charged me for what. 10 minutes. I said I have somewhere to be now so out of curtsey they should allow me to rearrange it so I can have a proper appointment which is worth the money as they have run late but they have refused. Instead I was told it’s my fault that I have another appointment that I have to attend today.

Amazing dental experience, such a lovely atmosphere and the staff are so kind and professional. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

What a wonderful experience having Leonette and her team reconstruct one of my teeth. I am usually very anxious around dentists but I was made to feel comfortable & guided throughout the process. She ensured I was sufficiently anesthetised and gently carried out a successful reconstruction. 5 Stars - I’ll keep coming back !!! Surprisingly painless too 😀

I trust Leonette and her team 100% and would go nowhere else ! I have now moved to Christchurch and do a 4 hour round trip to see her bug it is totally worth it . Her experience and attitude has saved many of my teeth ( and money) - I am a rubbish patient and her and Danni put you at ease instantly - thank you SO much ! You as a patient , come first every time and are also very flexible if you have an emergency ( I have many of those too!) .can’t recommend highly enough , especially if you value your teeth .
