Tolpuddle Dental Practice

This dental practise used to be great until one of the dentists left. It took 9 months to finally get an appointment with their new dentist but he was running over an hour late. The receptionists were awful and had no idea what they were doing, they had double booked a load of appointments and the waiting room was crowded with people wondering what was going on. I ended up walking out and will be finding a new dentist.

Tolpuddle Dentist Practice offer an extremely poor service. Have been trying to call them for two days straight now to get an emergency appointment however no one ever seems to answer the phone or return calls. Had the same problem about two weeks ago for the same issue. Have been here for 8 years now and the service seems to be going downhill each year. Will not recommend this practice to other people and my family and myself will certainly be finding a new dental practice!

Great Dentist. I fractured my tooth was recommended to see the implant dentist at the same practice. He was wonderful. He explained everything. The whole procedure was pain-free and almost pleasant experience.

Cancelled my appointment as dentist left, now have no appointment or any dentist to offer me, and didn't bother writing or letting me know. waste of time don't bother with this service ! Other dentist not willing to help see patients obviously.

Terrible Dentist. Not once has my appointment been on time. The last 4 times we’ve had an appointment we’ve had to leave after waiting up to an hour!! Not apologetic & don’t let you know if their running behind so you at least have the option to wait or leave. It’s not that fun for a child to be made to wait that long either!!

Appalling service. Had one appointment where I had to wait over an hour because the dentist was running late. I had to make another appt due to be kept waiting so long. Today I turned up after receiving numerous emails telling me not to miss my appt, to find out it had been cancelled. Moving to a different dentist now.

It was my first appointment and everything was excellent. Kayleigh greeted me on the desk and she was happy, polite and very courteous. I then had Grace (hygienist) clean my teeth and she was very professional. Grace gave me some very good advice going forward and a credit to the surgery as is Kayleigh. I would recommend this surgery to anyone who needs a dentist.

Visited for an emergency appointment , very well organised PPE , and prompt , efficient , and sympathetic service . I have been a patient at this practice for 35 years and have always received professional , friendly treatment.
