Dental Spa Solutions

Have been at the practice for many years. But at my check up a couple of weeks was seen by a different dentist, as usual one wasn't there anymore. Informed I needed a filling at the front. Seen by Inderjit, who knew I was very nervous about having this done. Talked me through everything and felt very at ease, many thanks.

I went to dental spa solutions two weeks ago for a composite filling on two of my front teeth & they were excellent! Hassan Kanani Was my dentist, he did an awesome job I was very happy with it and he was also a nice bloke! Just had a follow up appointment and all is good! Thanks Hassan and his assistants, highly recommend

Great all round service,had an extraction after check up 2 weeks earlier, many years since i had a extraction so was nervous, Bhavesh calmed me down in no time.
He wore a face mask all the time so i cant tell you if his teeth are testiment to the practice or not 🤣.

Had 2 tooth removed on 8th November. Removal was quick and easy. Was in at 9 out by 9.15 but now I am parctemol 4 times everyday since. Would never go here again

My son needed some work done when he was just 4 years old. He was very nervous (and, naturally, me too!). Dentist Hassan and Anna were great with him and the whole process went very smoothly. Thank you!

I have been a registered patient of this practice for over 20 years under Denplan. I recently left the UK to live in Poland where I went to see a dentist who advised me I need to have no fewer than 7 fillings, root canal treatment on a badly infected tooth and gum and consequently a new cap. I was also advised that if the infection was left any longer my surrounding teeth would fall out due to bone decay. I was also advised that a procedure called re-enamalling was required on 4 of my lower front teeth to stop further gum recession. At no point was I ever advised about this work needed to be done. I was shocked and confounded when the Polish dentist advised me of the work needed to keep me healthy. I can only assume that the dentist, Mr Gibb, did not want to carry out the work under Denplan as it would mean him loosing time and money! The irony for me is that I would have gladly paid for this work to be done.....if I'd have known it was so bad! I did not know, nor was I ever advised of the poor state of my mouth! Very, very dissapointed as I visted the surgery every three months to see the hygenist and I saw Mr Gibb for check ups every 6 months. As I have said I went to this surgery for over 20 years!

Update....16.01.23. I have recieved excellent dental treatment here in Poland, no thanks at all to Spa Dental Solutions. I remain increasingly disgusted with the treatment, or lack of treatment, I had from Gibb. Without seeing a dentist in Poland I would now be suffering from serious gum infections and loosing my teeth! I still cannot bring myself to forgive Gibb for the absolute neglect of my gum and tooth health over a period of the past 20 years (this is how long I paid around £30 per month to him via Denplan) thus filling his pockets with my monthly payments to Denplan! I remain forever grateful to the dentist who treated me in Poland and many thanks to her I now have a healthy mouth! My advice........do not trust Gibb. Go to another dentist who is not a money grabber!

Horrible service.Booked a check up appointment just to find out after 2 weeks that my appointment is "emergency" wich means limited time and no general teeth asessment.
Mentioned i've lost a filling, the "doctor" (pity i dont know the name), asian boy with longer hair, wanted see Only that tooth. Without putting a protective cloth on my chest he started digging in my tooth & told me all he can do today is put temporary filling & make me another appointment to put proper filling & to assess the rest of my mouth!
What? Why would you touch same tooth, without infection, non causing any pain twice?! Such a waste of time & material! Why they book you as emergency without letting you know about the limitations? When i said ive hoped all of my teeth were checked today the "doctor" in a very shallow manner said : what did you expected? That i ll fix All Of Your problems today? Seriously? All Of My problems by checking only one tooth?!
I just walked away, like any sane person would do. Don't recommend visiting this studio to anyone, missing basic hygiene steps, very shallow approach to patient he never seen before, would never take my kids or family member to such unprofessional individual calling himself a Dentist.
