Hawthorn Dental Practice

I have found the dentists and the receptionists to be very friendly, warm and patient and the treatment I have received to be of a very high standard. As a nervous patient it has been reassuring to be treated by kind and professionally very experienced and able dentists such as Natasha and Min, both for general dentistry and surgical work such as implants. A very positive experience all round. And Jeanette on reception is a star! All very positive and recommended highly.

Went for the first time today to see Dr Rodriguez.. I was initially nervous but she was absolutely fantastic and had an excellent manner. I enjoyed the visit. The only negative was my experience with the receptionist when I first arrived. I arrived about 20 minutes early as I wasn't sure of my travel timings or the location of the surgery. When I arrived she was on the phone which is not unusual. However I stood waiting for 15 minutes feeling unwell while she arranged her personal schedule for the week and discussed other patients treatments in a single phone conversation. I am hoping other patients will not have to go through that experience. Other than that I would recommend the practice to anyone.

The reception staff immediately welcomed me into a practice with a warm and professional atmosphere. Both the dentist and the nursers were polite and professional and any nervous feelings I had before were soon gone! An overall extremely positive experience.

Min and team are always so kind, caring and welcoming. I cannot recommend this practice enough - they are attentive to your every need and really do go above and beyond to make your visit to the dentist as stress free as possible. A fantastic dental practice - well deserving of 5 stars.

Very good practice. Natasha was excellent and knowledgeable and took on my complex case. I am delighted with the work done. Would thoroughly recommend.

I have had excellent treatment at the Hawthorn, in particular with Anika and Ammie. I would recommend this practice to anyone with a nervous disposition as Anika is very calming!

I can't speak highly enough of this practice. I visited yesterday with my Mum (who was the patient and very nervous). The lovely lady behind the desk helped me get Mum in and out with her wheelchair and was reassuring and helpful. The Dental Surgeon made Mum feel at ease and she was in and out in no time at all. Finally the dental nurse was so patient, taking time to go through everything with us afterwards and not rushing away.
If I could give 6 stars I would and thank everyone for their time yesterday!

Had two wisdom teeth removed by the excellent oral surgeon.

Barely felt the procedure, and nothing but a dull ache for the following few days.
