Perfect Smile Ravenscourt

It was so hard trying to find a practice that we’re taking on new NHS patients , luckily I found perfect smile who were ever so friendly over the phone and gave me an appointment for the following day. Everyone was so lovely and efficient. Special shout-out to dentist Yasmin and her colleague Joanna who did an amazing job explaining everything to me and making sure I was happy with everything. Would highly recommend this place! 😊.

I went this dentist last month because of a horrible tooth pain. Because it was my first time going dentist in UK I took a look the ones nearby and the reviews. Receptionist it was very polite on the phone and I got a urgent appointment at the same day. My appointment had the duration of less than 5 minutes. The dentist it was very polite and the assistant very limited speaking English. She just looked and gave me some antibiotics. Not even a X ray. Zero. She just assume that is a infection because of my wisdom and that’s the reason of swollen face. Quickly send me away and gave me a card with her name and the assistant to do a nice review about it. I was so disappointed. Felt that in my opinion all that comments that I read before was not done spontaneous. Today, I went to my dentist outside UK and i do have to do a root canal. Obviously zero about my wisdom. I wasted my time and money. In pain more than a month when everything could have be done on time. Disappointed and sad. Not sure if was because I went as a NHS patient and definitely I don’t recommend no one.

Absolutely brilliant experience! Starting from the receptionist Natali, who was very friendly, helpful and made me feel very welcome. Dr Yasmin Saeed is very professional and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dental Nurse assisting the doctor appears very good and also contributed to my excellent experience with this practice. Amazing customer service! Dr Yasmin Saeed looked after me very well and explained every detail in our appointment. Dr Yasmin also made sure I don’t feel anxious and was very patient with me. Definitely recommend Perfect Smile! :)

I was apprehensive about going to the dentist as I hadn’t been for years and had heard tales of super long waiting lists! The team at Perfect Smile Ravenscourt were super helpful and informative throughout the booking process and my initial appointments. This really made me comfortable I’m so glad that I decided to make the appointments with them. Dr Yasmin Saeed is a real credit to the organisation and I feel that my teeth and dental hygiene is in safe hands and I’ve found my dentist for years to come! I can’t recommend this service and this dentist highly enough and I’ve been telling all my friends and family about my experience there.

I was explained everything before the procedure and could choose the option that suited me best. Highly recommended.

Love this dentist! The receptionist is always friendly, and Dr. Yasmin Saeed is just the best! She's super calm and friendly and very professional too. She explains things well and remember little details about you, so you can have a genuine conversation which makes the experience really personable and enjoyable. Thanks guys!
