I have been a patient at Senacre Dental Practice for many years and I am more than happy to confirm that the care and treatment that I receive is of a very high and professional standard. All reception staff are always friendly and helpful and I cannot my speak highly enough of my dentist (Loretta). Thank you all.

My partner was desperate for a check up as he has an operation on Tuesday and had only just learnt that he needed to have a checkup before the operation could go ahead or it would be cancelled. He has already waited 2 years for the operation. The problem was explained to the very pleasant and efficient Receptionist and Senacre Dental Clinic managed to see him this afternoon. The service he received was extremely professional, efficient, thorough and very reasonably priced. His normal Dental Practice could not have been more unhelpful in comparison. I would definitely recommend this Dental Practice as a result because of their care and compassion and he will be transferring there..

I had covid and was poorly so I didn’t remember my baby had her 1st dentist appointment I called up the next day as soon as I realised and was told because they wasn’t told I can no longer attend the dentist with my baby. She cannot go here even though I have covid anyway so we wouldn’t of made it it was literally within 24 hours I made this surgery aware. I have been going to this dentist over 20 years apparently that means nothing to them. Got a lot of tutting down the phone to me and absolutely no help, we have to be patient with them during covid times but no one’s patient with us is that right? Bad attitude by reception staff it was the same when I came recently for myself.

Dr Rav has been looking after mine and my families teeth for many years now. Recently my son had to have some extractions in preparation for orthodontic work. Rav explained on both occasions what would happen and how it would feel during and after treatment. Her manner is extremely calm , professional and reassuring. She showed great care in making sure there were no slivers of tooth left. My son had a very positive experience cannot thank Rav enough for being our dentist.

I have had continuous toothache for weeks with the discussed possible alternatives of anti biotics or extraction. The course of antibiotics was unsuccessful so I booked on Friday for an extraction today ( Monday ) Warned that due to sensitivity there might be some pain, But no, the procedure was painless, dentist polite ,informative and super efficient. Healing brilliantly Very impressed.

I have been an NHS patient at Senacre for over 45 years and have always found them to be a friendly, timely and efficient surgery.

My brother, however, has not been a regular attender of any dentist so when he had a broken tooth this week, he was very keen to avoid a visit but it's amazing what pain will make you do! I was so grateful to Cassidy for arranging an urgent appointment for him with Mrs Chandra and Katie who apparently were kindness personified and with explanations and reassurance carried out treatment which saved his tooth (he was sure it would be an extraction) and may even have persuaded him to attend for regular reviews/treatment! He was also amazed at the reasonable cost, even though it was a private treatment; having paid considerably more at another surgery for similar intervention. He and I are so very grateful for the sensitivity and kindness shown to him as well as the professionalism; thank you so much team.

This dental practice is very helpful and are very accommodating if you have to change appointments, need emergency treatment and are seeking advice. Highly recommended.
