The Village Dental Practice

I booked in for a routine check up with my 2 year old son and it was his first encounter with a dentist. The dentist was extremely friendly and patient with him and I was very impressed that they even had children’s cartoons playing on the ceiling to distract him - great setup. Very professional and efficient service and I would definitely recommend the practice to friends and family.

I had a front crown fall out at breakfast time, so I phoned up for an emergency appointment and I was given 2pm appointment. Something came up during the day so I popped in at about 12pm to see if we could shift the appointment to another day or time. Somehow Krini managed to fit me in there and then. Absolutely delighted and smiling again!

I recently switched to this dental practice and cannot rate it highly enough. The all round experience is excellent from the moment you walk in and are greeted at reception. Dr Patel highlighted areas that had been missed by my previous dentist and would have resulted in serious problems without intervention. Effie and Sandra performed a thorough examination and explained my treatment plan clearly and in a really comforting manner. I would highly recommend this dental practice!

All the staff at the Practice are professional, friendly and extremely skilled at what they do. The history taking, treatments and follow up are super with excellent 'take home' advice.

My experience to date has been nothing short of first class from the moment I first contacted to arrange an emergency appointment as a person new to the area I received nothing but a warm welcoming response. An appointment was hastily arranged and I met the front desk reception team who are very personable and friendly and made me feel at home to then the brilliant dentist and her nurse who put me at ease explained what needed to be done really clearly gave me time to ask questions and then suggested a plan for addressing things which I was really happy with and have booked to follow up on. Contact since with the receptionist team has been brilliant I really can’t fault them on anything so pleased I picked this dentist to try and join feels like I’ve hit on a gem
