I went in February 2016, and won't be back or recommending them.

I would like to add though that the young female on reception was great. Very friendly and professional. She deserves to be working somewhere a lot better with a better reputation.

I usually go to a private clinic in Amersham Old Town. They're brilliant! But I had an emergency that needed immediate attention so I couldn't be picky.

Long story short the dentist tried to give me FOUR fillings, which later turned out (by my usual dentist) were completely unnecessary and unwarranted.

He almost broke/chipped my front teeth because he refused to remove whatever the metal object was in his hand. Whenever hed speak to his assistant he'd look away and bounce the metal tool around my teeth and it honestly made me panic he hit them so hard so many times.

The assistant never spoke or looked at me. Made me feel really uneasy.

Ultimately I nevewent back, I wouldn't recommend and I think it's dentists like that that make kids grow up scared of the dentist.

I went to this dental practice with pain and discomfort. I got the impression from the start that I was a nuisance for visiting and then, having established that I needed 2 xrays, the dentist shoved a piece of equipment down my throat without preamble so that I had to grab her hand before I choked. She had 3 goes without any more care and at that point I decided to find another dentist! I'm 58 years old and not a stranger to dental xrays- this dentist had neither technical nor inter-personal skills.

I am absolutely appalled at the service my wife and daughter have received from this dental practice. As new customers from the registration process right upto the appointment. Rude receptionist who were nothing short of embarrassing and ridiculing them that too for a service they paid for! The dentist was not attentive at all. Ignored my wife’s issues despite her being diabetic and seriously I’ll that effects her dental Health. I will be complaining to dental medical council.

Dr. Amin was a fantastic dentists. She helped me a great amount whilst urgent care was required, and very understanding. She is a great dentist and very knowledgeable in many areas.

Terrible service. The receptionist gave the impression that I was interfering with her day, and the dentist told me I needed root canal treatment and a crown to fix a painful tooth. Went to another dentist who fixed the same tooth with a filling having found it was broken on the side. Saved me hundreds of pounds. Won't be going back to Aspire.

Being petrified of the dentist since a child, I was in a total state walking in to this dentist for the first time .. but was soon put at ease once In the chair , staff were extremely understanding, receptionist helped me sort out x-ray, (done same day at hospital) feeling much more confident for my next visit, one very greatfull customer.

Horrendous dentist, do not under any circumstances this place go anywhere near your teeth. Rude staff, unprofessional practice. Needed a filling done on a broken tooth which I was told was a shallow filling and that I shouldn’t need anaesthetic after taking their word for it I went ahead with the procedure which was painful. After getting the filling there was pain weeks after on the same tooth so went back for a check up and was told I needed a root canal on the tooth. After going to another dentist and getting a second opinion aswell as an x-ray it showed that the filling was infact a deep filling that never should of been done without anaesthetic and the filling they had applied irritated a nerve in my mouth causing the pain. When we contacted them about this they were incredibly rude and unpleasant and tried to put the blame on me, aswell as refusing to do the root canal we booked with them stating I had lost their trust. Thanks to this awful place I now have to have a root canal in January/February and am in a lot of pain. This dentist needs to be shut down and closed permanently before they ruin anybody else’s teeth.

managed to get a same day emergency appointment after breaking one of my front teeth. Receptionist, dental nurse and dentist were all very friendly and helpful. Thankfully the issue was much less severe than I had feared, but the dentist was very patient and still took the time to reassure me and to give options and advice
