Gabriels Hill Dental Practice

I have been coming to this dental practice for many years, even after moving out of the area. I always receive an excellent professional, friendly, and helpful service from Harpreet and the team here. I would highly recommend.

I joined the practice early in 2022 having not been able to see a dentist for some time due to covid. Unfortunately some problems had arisen but the dentist was calm, reassuring, swift and professional and in no time the issues were resolved. I would highly recommend Gabriel’s Hill practice

From reception the welcome and assurance was second to none along with the treatment i received from Harpreet who was gentle and understanding. From someone like myself, who was new to the practice and has difficulties with teeth, i am so glad i found this place.

I came to the clinic with one small hole in a tooth. It was that small that the dentist didn't even notice it at first. That was the main thing i wanted to fix. I didn't have any pain in that tooth though. I didn't have pain in any of my teeth.
The dentist went through all my teeth and found that another 1 tooth must be repaired. I did additional deep clining on all my teeth as well.

The deep cleaning and 2 fellings were done at one visit.

First time in my life, I ended up with 3 teeth broken after one visit and as I mentioned, I went there with no pain. I ended up with pain in 3 teeth (2 teeth sharp pain and one very sensitive. The sensitivity still lasts even though it's been a few months after the visit). The dentist didn't do any of the two fillings properly and also damaged another filling in another tooth, that was lasting for ages.
I went there 1 week after the first visit and the dentist didn't take responsibility of the damaged filling that got damaged during that visit and regarding the sensitivity, she said it will disappear with time. But it hasn't disappeared and it's still really bad. The sharp pain in the 3rd tooth started 1.5 week after the visit. I tried to contact the clinic after approx. 1 month again but the receptionist didn't know what to do and she promised me she will speak to the manager, I asked her to call be back the same day. She assured me she will but I have never heard back from them. I paid approx. £450 for damadging these teeth and I wonder what price I'll pay now for repairing them somewhere else... I hope the price won't be loosing my teeth.

Harpreet is such an amazing Dentist, so gentle, reassuring and really cares. Her nurse is gentle & kind. The Reception staff are so friendly & efficient, I am so happy I joined this dental practise, they have transformed my smile, thank you all x

Harpreet has been looking after my teeth for many years now and most importantly she has taught me how to look after my own teeth. This is so important for a healthy smile and it prevents me from feeling anxious on my visits.

I'm very nervous about going to the dentist and hadn't been for almost ten year. At the end of last year I decided to bite the bullet and book an appointment and I haven't looked back. Gabriels Hill dentist practice are amazing. Everything is explained to you about your appointment and treatments. The receptionists are lovely and very calming and don't make you feel embarrassed or silly when you have a little cry.
I would recommend these guys without a second thought.
