a very bad impression, they always cancel appointments,you need to goo at private to resolve the pain,if you don't attend appointment 2 years they take of from the sistem but keep sending emails with treatment.

Reception are very welcoming.
My dentist is always friendly, but professional and full of information.
I never feel rushed at my appointments. Even my daughter doesn't mind going to this dentist.

I had an extraction this week, the dentist and nurse were kind, reassuring and completely professional. The procedure was painless and I was given after care information. I am recovering well and would not hesitate to recommend this practice, which I have attended for many years. I received the excellent care I have come to expect.

This Dentist is fantastic, I always get an appointment when needed and the reception and waiting areas are always very clean. The staff are a pleasure and I would highly recommend.

I’ve never had an issue with this dental practice until recently. My teeth were cleaned so poorly and when I asked why this was the case, I was told to go and see a hygienist. As great as the hygienist was, it’s ridiculous as to why I am paying for someone to look over and clean my teeth if they’re not being treated or cleaned properly?

When I went to get a few fillings, I was treated as if I was a corpse. My mouth was being stretched so aggressively to the point where my lips had cut and bled. They were tremendously sore when I got home and on top of that, I had to deal with sore gums. Some of the receptionists are lovely (unless, God forbid you knock on the door twice to which you’ll get dirty looks and passive aggressive behaviours coming your way) but my God, I’ve not had such poor dental work ever. Disappointing as the dentists that operated here a few years ago were great and offered a fantastic service.

Such short staff means you’ll be very lucky to even get an appointment to see a dentist this month. The wait is 3-4 months long which is ridiculous if you have severe pain in your teeth. They really need to do better - just go to another practice as the service is poor here.
