North Hill Dental Layer Road

Having been really nervous about visiting the dentist since having a rather painful tooth extraction last year and then developing dry socket, I was super anxious about having my implant. I needn’t have been as Sachin and his dental nurse Sofia were amazing and made me feel completely relaxed. Beth was also on hand with some helpful advice as I left. Thank you so much to all. It was a lot less stressful than I thought.

Service was amazing start to finish- my mum had a very painful tooth and is very anxious when going to the dentist anyway. But in such short notice we were seen for a consultation and then an extraction shortly after- much better and quicker response/service that other dentists we advised to contact. Dr Tara and Sophiya were both very knowledgable and calming- they explained everything in simple terms. Thank you to all staff especially Dr Tara and Sophiya :))
100% recommend this dental practice!

Totally not recommended. Firstly it is very hard to make an appointment as mostly no one answer the phone. When finally made an appointment, they just cancel it without informing patient. This happened to me couple of times. Which was very disappointing. When I trying to make an appointment, couldn’t do it… never this dental practice and wouldn’t encourage to other too.

Completed my Invisalign journey with north hill dental over a year ago and it was honestly the best thing I did. I feel so much more confident and always get complimented on my smile.

Before I started my journey I was worried about the pain and if I was going to be strict with wearing the retainers. There was minimal pain, just a little bit of discomfort on the first day of changing the retainer and then it was fine. I started seeing results really quickly which made me more dedicated to making sure I was wearing my retainers for the correct amount of time.

Invisalign really has changed my life for the better!

Poor service. They have 1 orthodontist who works 2 days a week yet still take on new business. Trying to get an appointment is a nightmare and my treatment is taking longer. I’m a private patient and expect better. Receptionist staff actually said to me when I complained ‘there’s nothing I can do, I don’t know what you expect me to say to you’. My advice is go somewhere else.

Just completed my dental treatment at North Hill. It was quite a complex treatment needing braces followed by dental implant. This clinic does both which was super helpful when timing appoinments and sharing notes. I'm so happy with the outcome and finally can eat on the side of my month I have been avoiding for over a decade ! Would highly recommend this practice.

(This was my original post from a year ago) Absolutely lovely reception staff and dentists, currently going for regular appointment for braces. They made me feel welcome especially important during these uncertain times and it is not my usual nhs dentist.

Fabulous. I was so worried and I needn't have been. Excellent treatment from start to finish. Both the receptionist Cheryll and the dentist Sachin were very helpful and professional.

Amazing service, Dr sachin has been my dentist for 13 years. He has always looked after me and my family made us feel comfortable and welcome. Amazing dental practice would never change ☺️
