I was referred by my NHS dentist for the extraction of three troublesome (partially erupted and impacted) wisdom teeth. Within weeks I was contacted by Chopra Sittingbourne, I thought I would be waiting months for this work to be carried out! The surgery was to be performed at a dentist surgery in Oxted, which they sometimes use (so I never visited the actual Chopra branch in Sittingbourne). The lady on the phone made the surgery seem straight forward and minor, I was very sceptical. In reality, I was pleasantly surprised, which is rare in life! The dental surgeon was jovial and put me at ease. The assistant was also friendly and reassuring. The anaesthetic injections were somewhat uncomfortable. The process of actually removing the three wisdom teeth took less than 2 minutes total and the teeth all came out whole. I had no pain afterwards at all! The worst bit was eating pureed and soft foods for a while. Highly recommended.

Visited here for emergency treatment.
Staff were all friendly, informative and the procedure was painless. The dentist who removed my tooth was nice.
It's the next day and there is no pain so everything is good, thank you

Just wanted to give a shout out to all the staff at Sittingbourne practice to say thank for the excellent care, kindness shown and the quick removal of a infected tooth, thank you Jimmy. The compassion on this visit was just right

Tried to make an emergency appointment on Tuesday for a dentist appointment to be told we haven’t got any appointments till the 21st of November, so booked that, for a phone back to say nope we do have appointments for Thursday, so booked that in, all good!
Turned up to the dentist had to wait 20 mins extra for my appointment, then to be seen by someone that said she wasn’t a dentist she took a X-ray and just said nope needs to have root Canal or just come out,
I have had the same happen to the other side and they just filled it and I told her this and she said well I can’t tell you what they will suggest as I can’t do the treatment as not a proper dentist and won’t be doing it on the day!! She then said il put a temporary filling in for now and then make an appointment to see a dentist just a check up, surly this issue needs to be solved. So she did the filling not even sure she did it right as feels strange, didn’t give me any antibiotics. The whole experience was a bit of a joke, went to re book a appointment managed to get one for the next day to get a phone call twenty mins later to say sorry we going to have to cancel due to double booking you, and the next available date is the 25th November three weeks away! Sorry but this really wound me up, I hate going to the dentist anyway it scares me and I did not feel welcome or comfortable at all. I will be coming for my appointment but if something goes wrong again I will be moving dentist

I went for the first time today to get a filling replaced (my previous dentist asked me to wait 6 weeks). The dentist took xrays and showed me the tooth had decay under the filling and then told me he would not be able to complete the work today and that it would cost 50% more than had been quoted. Apparently he did not have time to do the filling as he had been forced to explain gum disease (in the most condescending manner possible). Good luck future victims!

Don’t go here for an emergency appointment. Dentist failed to pick up an abscess on X-ray, told to come back in a weeks time. Left in absolute agony and didn’t help my pain. Booked an appointment with a private dentist for next day, X-ray done and told have an abscess and prescribed antibiotics. Staff aren’t helpful and reception don’t really care that they didn’t get it right. Absolutely awful and will be changing my dentist.

This practise must be hit or miss depending who you see. My wife and I both in our 70’s registered here a couple of years ago, the regular dentist we see is a very polite young lady who is very caring, however, my wife had a filling come out a week ago and rang for an appointment, she was told her regular lady dentist was off sick and she would see another dentist. She attended and saw another male dentist who had a polite nature, but that is where it stopped. For one filling she was in the chair well over an hour he pulled her face and mouth about so much she screamed out twice. After she left she was in considerable pain, this became worse over the weekend and was unbearable for her. She tried to get an appointment on Monday, but nothing, she actually got fitted in Tuesday morning with another very pleasant female dentist who examined her and confirmed the dentist she saw had pulled her face and mouth about so much he had injured her cheekbone ! And this was the cause of the pain. I cannot put further detail on here or name the dentist, as the matter is obviously moving forward whilst my wife considers her options. The moral if you go here for treatment is be very aware of who treats you ! The female dentist upstairs is great. The same cannot be said for the male guy my wife was ‘treated’ by downstairs. His dental technique is to be avoided.

On Friday I had 4 extractions. The procedure was done at Franklin House, the dentist and his assistant were courteous, caring and informative. The Injections were virtually pain free, and all four teeth came out in less than ten minutes.
During the procedure the dentist made sure I was comfortable and told me what he was doing.
I was sent away with gauze in place minimal bleeding and a feeling of bewilderment that something I had been dreading for weeks had passed by so quickly without a hitch, and with no pain.
It's now Saturday evening and my jaw feels fine, the after effects are minimal and the pain non existent. I could not be more grateful nor recommend the dentist more highly.
My only regret is being so preoccupied that I didn't get the dentists name..
