After 20 years of using various dentists and practices, finally this is one that just works and completes everything you require.

Appointment system is brilliant, always very accommodating with times. Very easy going and there is no rush, just feels very calm talking to them. I also had a call confirming appointment day before. Farzana at reception exudes what it means to have customer service capability and her experience really shines through. When in a state of lockdown and the dreary year of 2020 you have people like Farzana that help brighten your day and make you smile!

The Dentists are exceptional. I have seen the professional capacity that this practice possesses, and in a time of lockdown and so many changes periodically, they risk themselves to help us with our own problems whilst maintaining that you, the patient, is as safe as possible. It's like clockwork from their routine cleaning from room to room to the coordination that they all possess. I was lost in the technicalities but it looked amazing!

Dr Ahmed Babikir is one of, if not the best dentist I have come across. Both in technique, skill, and experience but the advice and guidance provided is not sugarcoated (pun intended) but to really tell you how to take care of yourself and the depth of their care goes far beyond the usual.

I would ask many people what customer service means, and the responses were always the same, "Good People Skills" or "Friendly". No, this practice defines customer service in my eyes as this - "To meet the expectations of the customer... and then to exceed them".

This is what it means to provide a good, genuine service. I hope everyone reads this, makes their way there and come back out with a sparkle on their teeth but also a real sense of trust and understanding of the way things now work in the time that we live in.

Patience is a virtue, and this practice has it in abundance all the while maintaining the highest of optimism, happiness and genuine care for all of us!

I had been here recently for wisdom tooth extraction . It was done so swiftly and the staff, the earlier doctor who examined, the nurses and specially the doctor who did the procedure , were top notch.

The dentist I have met there seem really kind and they are really simple.

The receptionist I met was super kind and all staff was kind.

My teeth were done really well and they prescribed me a good toothpaste.

They also showed me how to Brush

If you are looking for a very good dental practice and top dentist then look no further. This place is amazing!
The dentist are very professional and very patient. They listen to you and your concerns. They take their time to really clean and fix your teeth to a very high standard.
What I really liked about my dentist was that he was very polite and professional and gave me all the options. The prices are excellent and unlike other dentist that charge you for every visit, this place they don't do so and their prices are so low but their service is 1st class!
The surgery is never busy and they always manage to give you an appointment in good time. The receptionist is very kind and caring and they always send me a text reminder a day before my appointment which is really great to make sure you don't forget!
I highly recommend this dental surgery and the dentist. Try it for yourselves.
BTW there is free parking nearby at the Vale Farm road which really helps.

Unprofessional service, wait a month for an appointment and they refer you elsewhere for work they could’ve done. I’ve just called at 10am and have had a message about their working hours, and sent to voicemail 3 times. Incredibly frustrating and I’m going to be reporting for negligence for the poor treatment I received.

After reading lots of positive reviews about this practice. I went in to get a white filling done few months ago by Dr Shraddha Patel, I must say I am very pleased with the results and the experience.
she was phenomenal, all the staff were very compassionate, professional and approachable.
One of the best experiences I’ve ever had so far.

Would just like to say an amazing dental practice the team are all amazing and friendly, made me very comfortable, they helped me resolve my pain and other problems with giving me efficient appointments to be seen as soon as!
