Gloucester Dental Care

They don't answer the phones. You can't get in front door as they don't answer the buzzer. Now we have been kicked out as my daughter woke up ill on the day of our appointments and we cancelled at too short notice. My daughter was fine the day before we were going to attend. Couldnt have given anymore notice. Now my children are left without a dentist. Furious. Appalling place.

I am writing about Dr. Punit Shivhare who works at Gloucester Dental Care.I dont have enough words to write about Dr. Punit. I am a Senior Doctor in a local hospital myself. I have never had such an amazing experience in my entire life.I feel really lucky that I met him and he treated me. He is a very kind ,professional, compassionate and competent dentist. His clinical understanding about dental diseases is beyond imagination. As I said earlier that I cant explain my satisfaction in words I highly recommend this Dentist to anybody who needs it.

Very unplesant. After waiting for 3 months to be added to patient list and another 3 months for appointment, my baby was removed from patient list as he was sick and we have to cancel appointment. Also I have been told that I'm on waiting list with them to became their patient only to be told today that they don't have waiting list and I shouldn't be advise otherwise.

Absolutely ridiculous and lousy dental practice. Takes about 3years for them to actually answer the phone. receptionists are unreliable and uncaring. I've been deregistered after being accused of missing multiple appointments, having missed one last year. Since then 2 appointments have been cancelled by the dentist, whom, Meera, is also Rude and uncaring. I wouldn't care if it wasn't for dental practises not registering people atm., but to be so inconsiderate and dishonest is just infuriating

Booked an appointment about 6 months in advance. Was told we had to go and have a pre appointment check up which we did. Cost? -about £18 for under 5 minutes. Our appointment and the hygienist appointment was then cancelled a week before the date as the dentist needed a day's holiday. They are really disorganised and late cancellations are very common. Wouldn't recommend

What a joke! Cancelled 3 of my appointments 1 of them was 4 hours before my appointment time! Had an appointment with them in the new year but due to being in hospital on oxygen I had to cancel but because I contacted them at half 8 "short notice apparently"😅 keeping in mind they Cancelled mine 4 hours before my appointment 🙃 they now have said I can no longer use the service. Not my fault or anyone else's fault that you have 300 more patients then you should do! That's why you can never get through to anyone or an appointment!

To the emergency dentist and his dental nurses, thank you very much for sorting out the problem! You did it with such ease and kept me re-assured along the way. Thank you very much, I am looking forward to eating a crunchy loaf now!

My friend who is not registered at a dentist, developed severe pain following a filling falling out over Xmas.
Despite calling docs and other emergency dentists, no one could help.
Contacted glos dental care and spoke to a lovely receptionist who sent over some medical forms to my mobile to fill in before I had same day appointment within 2 hrs of phoning.
Dentist was very friendly and professional.
I would highly recommend glos dental care, and now have a very happy pain free friend 🥰
