The James Street Dental Practice

My entire family go - my husband, our two children (aged 7 and 10) and of course myself, have all regularly been going to Dr WongShe at the James Dental Practice for years now. The kids even look forward to their 6 monthly dental check-up and polish, as they always have a giggle there and leave smiling.

Everyone from the reception staff to the hygienist are always professional and ready to go the extra mile to make our dental visit as efficient and pleasant as possible.

Plus its super central and allows me a quick high-street shop around when ever I am there.

The brilliant and charming Adam at James Street has been my dentist for several years now and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service in the dentistry. Over the years he has carried out a triple root canal, fillings, a crown and teeth whitening for me... and I'm very happy with all of the work he has done. The location is super central, I like that I can see the hygienist and it's extra great that Adam is from my home country, New Zealand, so we always have lots to chat about (when my mouth isn't otherwise occupied!)

Having been totally terrified of the dentist my whole life, visiting James St has been a revelation. I totally trust my dentist Sukyee and no longer dread my visits. My teeth look great now - and pain and worry free. In fact, all the staff at the practice are friendly and lovely.

I have been with this dental practice for a very long time and never had any problem or whatsoever. My dentist Sukyee is excellent and I totally trust her. Hygienists and receptionists are very professional and friendly as well. Highly recommend this place.

Just come back from my filling at The James Street Dental Practice. I can't recommend this place enough. Before I go into my experience, I have to explain that due to a number of really unlucky experiences at Dentists I have a huge phobia. I saw Sukyee for my consultation, and she was a dream. It's the first time I've walked into a dental office and not cried. The receptionists were lovely and so understanding. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I ended up booking an appointment with Adam, and he was just so incredible for the whole session. His wonderful dental nurse even offered to hold my hand. This is the first time I have really felt comfortable at a dentists, and I can not begin to express the relief and gratitude I feel. Thank you so much, and if you are an anxious patient, go to The James Street - they are incredible.

Everyone agrees this is as good as a dentist can be. My kids are happy to go, even my mother (who has some history of not liking dentist vistis) is impressed.
I've even discovered other friends know how good James St is. The only issue right now is getting an appointment while they clear the covid backlog!

I visited Luke at St James Dental Practice and was so happy with my treatment. It was my first visit to a dentist after a traumatic experience at a different practice and I was immediately put at ease with the detailed communication and care I received from Luke. He even managed to make a root canal a painless and pleasant experience. (Which I didn’t know was possible) I will certainly continue to visit St James in the future.

This practice is as good as it gets. Everyone here is at the top of their game. My family have been coming here for years. You may also bump into a well known politician , you know,the ones whose grins make them what they are.
