Lowest customer service level at reception can be. Receptionist Mary completely ignores customers requests, rudely replies to any question or simply drops the phone down . This lady doesn't know simple customer service skills and don't know practice manager email address too.
Shame that practice reputation and excellent service of dentist Daniel and his assistants is ruined by one rude person Mary at reception.

Cancelled my upcoming appointment because Mary in reception is the most incompetent and rudest person who I have encountered and would not like to be a patient because of it. Shame on hiring people who can treat other human beings this way, this is suppose to be a face of the dentistry and customer oriented.

Had to have tooth our today Daniel fitted me in and removed it didn't feel any fantastic dentist staff on reception very helpful as well cannot recommend enough

I went for an emergency appointment, but the pain got really bad whilst waiting to be seen by the Dentist, I was in a terrible pain, the Staff were amazing, they booked me a Tax to take me to A & E, and the practice manager came with me to the hospital and waited until my family member came. Mind you, I'm not even registered with the practice, I was just there for an emergency appointment.
I honesty can't recommend this practice enough, the staff are so amazing and caring. I'm truly in awe with them.

Absolutely rubbish service by the dentist as he misguided us for many months for dental treatment. He did wrong treatment and made us go through lots of hassle . I would not recommend him at all

After weeks of trying to register with a dentist,these lovely people managed to register me and get me a super quick appointment. I’m very scared of the dentist but felt so relaxed with yousaf. What an amazing dentist and nurse,didn’t even feel the injections going in,now that’s a first. Well done and I would highly recommend this dentist.

Daniel is a brilliant dentist. His work is brilliant and his personality is lovely. All the receptionists are great, friendly, polite and organised. Thoroughly recommend this dental practice.
