I had a great experience at The Garden Dental Centre. I met Dr Rashed who was an absolute star. He was kind, caring, patient and gave me a very thorough check up. He gave me lots of great advice and even followed up with an email of great tips to keep my teeth and gums healthy. He is a very rare find and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Disappointing decline of level of service. Garages sometimes do the same - tell you it needs a new engine, when all it needs is a new clutch. Will never attend this practise again. I'm done here.

Good dental service if you can ever get the receptionist to pick up and book am appointment. Past week i have called and its just rung out or receptionist has picked up and 'accidentally' hung up. All i want is to book a dental appoinment.

I would have give 5 stars as I’m always happy with my Dentist and hygienist that’s why I’ve been a patient here for the last 25 years.

But the level of administrations has gone down the drain. No one is picking up the phone when you call the clinic and no one replies to your emails. They can’t even give me an invoice which I have been requesting for the last 3 weeks as they could not print it on the day.
They should recruit one more administrator/receptionist like before.

My first visit to the dentist post lockdown, felt very safe, great staff that immediately put me at ease in the reception area. Matthew, is so calm and knowledgeable, very grateful that I was fitted in and out of pain. Will definitely be a regular at this wonderful surgery. Thankyou,

After 5 calls, 2 voice messages and one email with not reply within several weeks, I managed to get through to the receptionist. Sadly no new patients accepted, regardless the underlying problem.
