Cheam Dental Practice

I have recently completed my Invisalign and am now on the retainers. The whole process was really efficient and cost effective. I was able to pay what I wanted, when I wanted as long as the final payment was made by the end of the entire process; which was so helpful! The trays and retainer are so simple and effective, I had barely any pain and regularly went back the the practice to check the process was going according to plan, when necessary I was able to go back to an old tray for a week before moving on.

Dr Patel and Paris made me feel so relaxed and comfortable and always do! They work so well together and communicate so well with me, they make me feel included in decisions and always give unbiased advice.

The only thing I wasn’t completely happy with was the whitening, I think it was because it was the part I was most excited about; I had really high expectations and although there was a difference my teeth are not a colour I am happy with. Although when I brought this up with Dr Patel he was more than accommodating at giving me additional whitening gels for free. The service from the moment you walk in is personal and welcoming, Tracy, Paris, Jenny and Dr Patel are all lovely and friendly which instantly makes you feel welcome.

I have recommended my parents that both moved to this practice and have nothing but nice things to say.

I have just retired from the medical sector. I am very aware that many patients are very quick to complain but not as quick to compliment a good experience…..
I would like to thank Mr Patel for being so understanding and explaining everything involved with my lengthy treatment. I am very grateful for his patience & expertise that has ensured a brilliant outcome.

Absolutely horrible if you're NHS and not private. They put a metal filling next a polimer one which don't bond together. The worst part is, the metal filling is reaching the nerves of my tooth and is slowly poisoning me. When you ask about a possible crown you're always told NO, if you have more problems we take the tooth out and you pay £2500 for an implant. Went to another dentist and did x rays, turns out my teeth can indeed be build back and have crowns on them.
Edit: You're missing the whole point where she put a metal filling containing Mercury directly over an open nerve and didn't even put a plate under the filling. This shows plain incompetence

I have been attending this practice now for a number of years. Most recently had an issue with a tooth which caused a massive amount of pain although no decay. Recommended private treatment for a root canal which unfortunately was not possible due to the fact it was so badly cracked so was removed but the referral was to a great private dentist who was kind and sympathetic as I had been suffering real pain from an abscess.

Being someone who only is really comfortable with Mr Patel whose treatment has always been pain free and excellent I was grateful that the referral was to such a competent practice. When my tooth was causing so much pain Cheam Dental confirmed they could provide antibiotics to help me before my appointment

Receptionist always patient and helpful. They will always try and accommodate you. Booked in with hygienist now as seriously realise need to look after my teeth with regular treatment

I was very impresed with Jess's sensitivity, patience and
understanding of my dental phobia.

The procedure that I was utterly dreading was painless and quite bearable.

If I had a dentist like her in the past, I'm sure my dental phobia would be a lot less.

I'm hoping, with her help, I will progress to better dental
health in the future.

This dentist is HIGHLY recommended.

Very professional practice. The hygienist Gosha is very gentle and patient and has done a great job with my dental hygiene.

Recently I moved into the area and I went to register at Cheam dental practice. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I managed to book an appointment on the same day due to someone cancelled their appointment while I was registered at the reception so she offered me the appointment which I took without hesitation. I had a check up with a dentist and she was listening to my concerns regarding my teeth and after a check up they booked me with a HYGIENISTS.
My second appointment was with Gosha the hygienists to clean my teeth. She was amazing and very friendly. She was very gentle on my teeth after expressing my concerns that my teeth was very sensitive and as well we talk about teeth hygiene and showed me the correct way of using a dental floss.
My experience has been amazing on both occasions and definitely I will recommend Cheam dental practice.
