Mydentist, Towngate, Preston

After seeing poor reviews on Google and on the NHS website regarding this practice I was somewhat worried.

As it turns out the reception staff were helpful and polite, and though I did have to wait for 15 mins past the appointment time, the dentist (Celia) was confident without being pushy.

I did feel a little rushed - the check-up appointment itself took less than 10 minutes. I've not been to the dentist for 10 years and thought it would take longer.

Every time i phone up to make an appointment nobody ever answers the phone? It took me 3 days last time to get through. Just phoned now and again no answer. The reception staff are useless. If i was rating the dentist however i would give them 5 stars, shame the reception staff let them down.

I had a check up and then further treatment at the surgery. I had hardly no wait at all on either occasion and the reception staff were effeciant and friendly. The dentist and his nurse were very nice and professional. I had an injection which I was dreding but I can honestly say it was the least painfull injection that I have ever had. The treatment was painless and done to a very good standard. I will certainly go again and would reccomend to anyone.

Not been to the dentist for years and was apprehensive about using National Health dentist versus private and had read some disappointing reviews. I have a number of appointments booked and need a bit of work doing. I was debating whether to cancel because today I needed a tooth out but I didn't. I had two injections which I didn't even feel and I had the tooth removed with no discomfort whatsoever. The dentist. Zoe is absolutely lovely and so are the staff that work with her. The comment against the 5 stars says "Loved it" but I wouldn't go that far as surely no one loves the dentist but the 5 stars is for Zoe and her team.

would not recommend unless you have no choice. Cannot say the clinic is too bad but I had to wait for ages from one appointment to another appointment: reception phone is never picked up, and I needed to visit the clinic in person to arrange it. Reception staff is not well trained at all, but the dentist (lady from EU) was very professional and a treatment I received was of a very high standard.

Trying to switch to this dentist as my amily use it and recommend it however I've tried calling the practice several times and each time you are on hold for around 10 mins before an automated message appears to say they are now closed then proceeds to read out the opening times which is when I'm calling. Very frustrating .......

My experience today at Lotus Dental Practice was first-class.This was for an extraction. Very hygienic
and well organized. I felt very comfortable and safe. Professional care throughout ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent dental practice, professional and polite service never had a problem. Highly recommended.
