Could not thank the Regency team enough!

I am so so so happy with the outcome of my fabulous new smile and couldn’t have wished for anything better. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the lovely front of house, to the end moment of my brand new smile, everything was excellent.

Big thank you to Dr Hatem and his lovely assistant for my composite bonding, has made such a difference and i couldn’t have asked for a nicer smile.

Had an emergency appointment as I was visiting St Albans and a back tooth cracked off and some of an existing filling fell out. Dr Natasha was able to see me on the same day and I am so pleased - her manner is fantastic, very kind, gentle. She expertly provided a variety of options I could take, and we ended up re-doing the filling. She took a lot of care with it and made sure it fit well and smoothly. Much appreciated!!

I am a very nervous patient and I feel very grateful to have found a wonderful, patient, calming yet very professional dentist in Dr Jessica Taylor.
I feel for the first time in my life, like I have some control over my anxiety and have had two successful treatments.

I have been a patient at Regency for years. I see both Dr Hatem & Dr Ali, their treatment, service, advise, support & patience with me is simply second to none! When I first visited them I had SEVERE dental anxiety but that has now significantly reduced!
I also see Cynthia the Hygienist, she is truly fantastic!! Both my children are also patients along with other family members whom all have never been happier with their teeth & the service they receive at Regency!

I currently have a long term plan of treatment which includes dental extraction, dental implants and teeth whitening and a smile makeover! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Not forgetting Brunilda and the absolutely fantastic reception team. They have always been so accommodating, so so friendly and super quick with emergency appointments.

I find prices perfectly acceptable as you really do get the best treatment and peace of mind.

Regency don’t just make your smile pretty they make you smile at every visit!

I came here with terrible pain, and with a fear of dentists since I've known myself. but until I met Dr. Natasha, I never met a better doctor than her for me it was like when God reached out to me , she had a lot of patience and worked with so much professionalism , make it not to feel any pain all the way she took out my tooth . I will highly recommend her and this clinic , all the team from there they are the best I’ve ever met .

Attentive, professional and overall, a joy!! Dr. Natash is such an amazing clinician and I truly look forward to my visits. Also, a big shout out to my girl Izzy she too is a bundle of joy!!!

I've given Regency House Dental Practice a 5-star rating because:
1. They answered the phone the quickest.
2. I was able to get an appointment to have my teeth cleaned the next day. This surgery performs miracles, therefore!
3. The receptionist I made the booking with had a sense of humour.
4. The receptionist on the day also had a sense of humour.
5. They serve tea and coffee. Unheard of!
6. It's right in the town centre so very easy to get to and right next to the bus stops.
7. The dentist who cleaned my teeth did a really good job and was a nice person, as was her assistant.
8. They aren't the cheapest in the market place but they are worth EVERY penny!
9. They should be running the country!
10. I will go back again.

I have been with Regency House Dental Clinic for 2 years and I'm very happy with their service from the beginning to the end. Their receptionists are extremely polite, their booking system is effective and they send you reminders for your appointments. As regards the dentists and hygienist, I have been very happy with them. They have always communicated clearly before and after the procedure and they were even able to explain and correct some issue caused by perhaps a less experienced dentist from another place. I'm also impressed with the high-tech they use and in fact also the very reasonable cost of their services. I can recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist/dental hygienist!
