Warm friendly receptionists who welcome you into the waiting room and keep you informed if you have to wait for a few minutes.
Hassan is an excellent dentist who I feel is thorough, gentle and informative. He has a considerate manner and explains the process clearly if any further treatment is needed.
Jackie the hygienist is caring, friendly and gentle. She gave me some good tips for cleaning more thoroughly.
I have been visiting this practice for many years and would recommend them.

Not only was I seen straight away after breaking my back tooth, everyone was warm, welcoming and really put me at ease. The receptionists were lovely and the dentist was really patient and thorough, talking me through the whole procedure (as I hadn't had local anaesthetic etc before). The filling looks great and I wasn't nervous at all. Would absolutely recommend.

Had a lovely first visit to Richmond Road Dental Practice today for a general check up. From the first moment I arrived the ladies on reception were lovely and welcoming, and my experience in the treatment room was excellent too! Thank you very much to Samriti Batta and her Nurse for a really informative and professional experience. They answered all my questions and had a really good, friendly chair-side manner. I will definitely recommend this practice and the team! :)

Had some major implant work this month, and very reassured by the team. Ioannis did a wonderful pain free job. Everyone here is lovely, can highly recommend them.

I have been a patient at the Richmond Road Dental Practice for many years. In some ways this long relationship with the Practice speaks for itself.
A number of dentists have treated me during this time. I would also speak highly of Helen, receptionist, a great and long serving member of the Practice team. Her warm personality is a real asset.
Having had dental problems for many years I don't consider myself a nervous patient, Even so,the dentists have always made me feel at ease talking me through all stages of treatment as it proceeds.

As I am on a pension I have to make sure my appointment is not recorded as an emergency appointment ( unless necessary )with the additional cost that this incurs. It is also important to discuss costs about choices of treatment and to be given time to consider these choices. But of course the responsibility here lies with me to ask the relevant questions at the outset.

It was a delight to meet the team at Richmond Road practice. The ladies in reception made me feel very welcome and Simi the dentist was super kind, really knowledgable and diagnosed the issues. After the appointment she give me some great advice and prepared a plan for future treatments. She was great!!! The only constructive feedback is that the X-ray scans which are electronic and take a minute (and include two different mouth ‘guards to bite into) and show on the computer, were a little pricey imho. However, the wonderful friendly service is what stayed with me when I left the practice.

As always, I was treated today courteously and promptly. Helen and Kim do wonders in fixing early and convenient appointments, and making clients feel welcome. Hassan attended quickly and effectively with my problems and queries. Definitely five-star service all round!

The hygienist, Denise was very professional. She was very careful, thorough with the cleaning process. I am very happy with her service. I would definitely go back to her again in 2023:)
