Have been going to this dentist for a few years and for the most part have received excellent care and some of the most successful and long-lasting fillings I've ever had.

However, on one occasion the appointment felt a little rushed and as though they had perhaps missed some minor problems that needed addressing.

With that being said, I have not had any major problems with my teeth since this occasion. Overall, a great practice and surprised to see some negative reviews.

I have been a patient of the surgery since I was very young (now aged 24). Overall the dentist and reception team are great. I make an effort to book a clean and check-up every 6 months and they always find a date and time that accommodates me (sometimes even a weekday evening), often they phone me on the day to say that I can come in earlier which is always a bonus. I make the effort to travel from Dartford because I am that happy with the service of the surgery. Granted the dentist is very speedy and often I am in and out within 10 minutes, but last time they took the effort in giving me an X-Ray which I hadn't had for years. Over the whole time I have been at this surgery, I have only ever come across one miserable receptionist that luckily I haven't seen for a while.

Got a last minute appointment today so went get my teeth checked in. Got called and was seen by a dentist called Mr Bassi. I just felt like he was in rush with the rude behaviour. Initially when I went in with my jumper and there was a nurse and probably an observer who said you can hang your jumper behind the hanger but then this dentist said to me keep it with you , which I was a bit shocked. If there's a place where you can put patient's extra clothes then why would he ask me to keep it with me? Secondly, he was very blunt in terms of giving the right management plan. He was like you could leave it as is or extract your teeth If its not improving. Everybody knows it. I just felt like I went to see the dentist for no reason as if I had nothing to do. He finished my sonsultation literally with 3-4 mts. It feels like this place is purely business oriented more than for the patients.

Since Covid appeared, we can only benefit from medical services, there are no more appointments with doctors. It's a pity that they have become the weakest clinic. I will retire as soon as possible. I feel sorry for Dr. Mitrova, she is really very good!

I had a dentist appointment this afternoon at Bellegrove dental surgery, welling with dentist Peppa Khan . During examination she advised me to clean my teeth and gum . I agreed her advise to clean. But she spent only less than five minutes cleaning it. She didn’t clean my all teeth and gum . I don’t believe I got the right service what I paid , £65.20 , in that time period. I don’t believe she followed dentist ethics to check me properly. Either she asked me to pay for the service which I didn’t need or she didn’t look after me properly in the minimum time period.
I would like you to look in to this get back to me please. Thank You.

I visited today on an emergency basis, and I will revisit again. The dentist (Abirami Panneerselvam) was lovely and showed empathy. They explained the reasoning behind my sensitivity and gave out treatment plan. Revisiting again. Highly recommend.

Starts poorly with the Receptionists who ignore you when they arrive. Sometimes having a chat or doing a little bit of admin you are never gonna be a priority. Onto the dentist who seems to always be in a rush. I've been coming for a few years and the service has always felt totally impersonal. You get the feeling that they are trying to churn out as many patients as possible. I guess it's just business at the end of the day...

RIDICULOUS PRACTICE - I signed up as a new patient this year and they must have automatically booked me in for a check-up appointment the following week (they did not make me aware of this). My daughter was due this same week so I would not have agreed to this appointment, needless to say this appointment was missed. They are now refusing to re-book me and told me 'find somewhere else'. Imagine if a doctors surgery operated this kind of policy - absolute disgrace. Have done me a favour really as I would not want to visit such an unreasonable surgery, just a warning to others.
