Camberwell Dental Care

Very poor customer service all they care of is money. They charge £75 for 30 min of cleaning session, after 20 min they stopped their work and i had to take another appointment. With two appointments I spent £150 and my teeth are not clean properly, when I complained to them they said that I have to book another appointment. This is some kind of joke. Definitely I'm not recommending this clinic you can find something a way better for this price!

I have been attending the practice for over 40 years and have always been very happy with the way I have been treated. The procedures and treatment have always been fully explained to me before being carried out.
Over the years I developed a gap in my front teeth which I was not happy about which affected my usual broad smile. In March I saw Dr Vidhi Patel to see if anything could be done, she advised that it could be filled. A week later the procedure was completed and I was very very happy with the outcome. I felt that I could smile properly again, took lots of selfies and couldn’t wait to show everyone my gapless teeth 😁

Terrible experience! Saw Toby and he had no sympathy and did not care about the pain i was in. Left with no help and had to seek help else were. Horrible dentist, very upsetting experience. Avoid this dentist, look for a better one!

THEY KICKED ME OUT!
Yes I missed 3 appointments but I had a legitimate reason for each time. I told them I was hospitalised twice and the the third time I was hit with an exam I didn't know about. I tried showing proof but they didn't want to hear it. The KICKED ME and my mother who is a mother of seven and has crazy schedules. For all I care this dentist can rot in hell. Except most of the doctors because they were nice. But this female doctor was very rude and one male doctor that I don't remember the name

Amazing dental practice, Dr Toby took care of my every need. He went the extra mile. Big thanks to big Toby and his amazing nurse and his whole team for doing such a good job looking after me especially when there are so many dentists who keep turning down NHS patients

What to say?! Every one knows how hard has been to find a good dentist. This practice I’ve met not only one but two amazing ones. Went there for an emergency as had to call 111 and from reception to inside the surgery I have no words on how I was treat. My big thank you for your care.

Lovely practice.i have had to do a lot of work so I have been in the practice quite often. Everyone is super professional and very warm from reception team ,nurses to dentist. You can see that patient comfort is a priority there, they will always go extra mile to help you out.

Best dentist I have come across in 25 years! You can expect well-organised reception staff, great communication from the dentist and technically excellent dental work. I've been coming here for the last 10 years and have had various procedures done to a high standard every time. Dr Higgins is currently looking after me, and is not only an extremely skilled dentist, but a friendly and clear communicator who really puts patients at ease. Could not speak more highly of this practice.
