Thomas Powell & Associates Dental Practice

the place is a mess and can barely understand the dentist i deal with, but the best part is i missed 2 appointments in 5 years ( i run 6 of my own companies and work 18 hours days ) but because of missing 2 appointments in 5 years i have been de registered, no way around and no way to resolve the matter... and you call this a business do you? sort your staff out, appearance of the place out and most importantly find a solution to the people who are lazy and the people who after have to bare tooth pain to resolve unfortunate and unexpected business matters, i wouldnt use this company again on that alone. Completely unprofessional and border line disgusting considering the charges of this practice.

Have been registered with this practice for over 20 years and although I have moved further away from the practice, therefore not that convenient for me. I would not go elsewhere, I have always found all members of staff from the admin team to the dental nurses and dentists polite and helpful.

Mr Powell is a dedicated and utterly professional dentist.
He is a remarkable man and i would highly recommend his services.

As far as going to the dentist is concerned, this is the best one I have been to. The staff are friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to help you with any problems you may have. The treatment is excellent , and the building is amazing, as its got a lot of history connected with it. They do cater for NHS patients but as with most places, places are limited.

Yes, the staff here are good but:-
There is no parking close by.
The building is poor for anyone with mobility issues as there are many stairs and no lift. (They do have a downstairs treatment room but very little equipment so you still have to go upstairs if you need an xray)
They close for lunch 1-2pm but they don't mention this on their website.

Been registered here for numerous years and the practice and staff have always been excellent and doing a brilliant job. And more so in the tough times we are experiencing. Full ppe and the safety of clients and staff is Excellent 😊

I managed to register here when my previous dentist retired and I'm so glad. The treatment and service is superb. All the dentists that I have seen have been excellent and the staff are friendly.

So sad Mr Powell Thomas had to retire will be missed that for sure but enjoy you and your family deserve ❤ good chilled moments get Fed up come find me lol xx
