Sixteen A Dental Care

I cannot rate sixteen A highly enough!
Absolutely amazing .
After my little girl's(6 years) baby tooth snapped in her gum and I turned up on the wrong Day,they still managed to get her seen by not one but two dentist's.
They were very good with my daughter and eased her fears(and mine).
My daughter had to have an anaesthetic before the rest of the tooth was removed,but I don't think she even knew.
Very gentle dentist.Thankyou!

Brilliant experience today. Myself and elderly mum went - both of us are very nervous, made to feel completely at ease. We both had a filling and clean. Definitely would recommend

Used this practice for the first time yesterday. To say I was nervous was an understatement, due to bad experience elsewhere, so haven’t been to a dentist for a long time. Went in straight away no long wait and was put at ease straight away by the dentist Tim and the nurse. Have booked in for my next check up. Thank you

Twice we have had appointments cancelled on the day. That’s twice I’ve had to take booked leave from work, only for them to cancel with a couple of hours notice. Absolutely disgusting service

Really impressed with this practice. After being told our previous dentist were cancelling NHS memberships I called many practices, 16A being the only one which had spaces. 2 weeks after filling in the online form I was contacted and had an appointment within the week.

Having had painful experiences in the past I am quite nervous of dental treatment, however the dentist was great at putting me at ease, and what had been a painful failed procedure at my previous practice was carried out easily here with little discomfort. Would definitely recommend.

Would not recommend this dentist at all. I had been having some horrible tooth ache for over a week that was so bad it made it almost impossible to eat and drink. I tried every other dentist I could find and I could not get in anywhere.

When I contacted the dental care after being told to do so by 111, they told me that they would offer me an emergency appointment to get me out of pain. When I went in there, the dentist looked at my teeth for all about 10 seconds. He then told me that they couldn’t help me as what I needed wasn’t covered under an emergency appointment even though I was in agony and sent me on my way. Can not rate 0 stars but if I could I would
