Minty Pearls Dental Clinic

Minty Pearls has been my dental practice for over 10 years. I have always received first class treatment. The staff are friendly, approachable, professional and have a genuine interest in my whole families dental health. Doctor Giso Mobayen is kind , gentle , very knowledgeable .My family look forward to visiting the practice and even if i moved house and leave far from the practice, the treatment from Minty Pearls is worth the journey.

I had the worst experience at this clinic, from the staff to the dentist! One of the staff was shouting at my 3years old for playing! The dentist literally told my son not to sit on the chair cos it will get spoilt and made him stand while attending to his sister! I am so disappointed in them! I am traumatised, who shout aloud on a toddler for playing, even if you want to tell him not to jump around, there is a pleasant way of saying than making my son moody all through the visit! Everyone in that clinic needs to be orientate on how to attend to people.

I just saw your response and I am wowed! I wish the way you respond online is how you respond in person! You just spoke to me not quite long in person and never apologised and you are here letting it look like you have apologised to me, rather you told me you can’t attend to me, you said I should leave one of my kids at home if one has an appointment! I am a single mom with two kids! Where should I keep the other one ? I never said you shouldn’t tell my son not to play around but yelling/shouting on my Child is a NO! For me! I realised you try to shut me up and don’t care about my reviews but letting people be wary of you all!!!!!! Say No To BULLIES!!!!

Which put me off going.
The practice is clean and modern
Reception staff are friendly.
The dentist is amazing ,she explains every thing as she works on your teeth.
I now feel confident again in attending the dentist.

The dentist at minty pearls is the best dentist I have ever had. Her work is extremely professional and of a excellent quality. The dentist gives advice and cares about your teeth and oral health. Extremely nice and friendly and very professional. All staff at minty pearls are amazing and very professional .

I visited the density last week, First of all the service was above and beyond. Giso, the dentist was a friendly, lovely and exceptionally professional. She was compassionate about my concerns and gave great advice. Definitely get my check ups done here from now on. Thank you 🙏 to all the people working there, extremely passionate, professional and caring.

I am satisfied with the visit. My 3 year old daughter was very scared and cried, but the dentist managed to pull out the tooth. Service very helpful and friendly.

Dr Mobayen did a good job when I went to get dental treatment on the 22nd of December 2022. I had an Inlay and a filling done. She is a nice and friendly lady and the staff there are also very nice. One big piece of advice i would give to anyone seeking dental work is to make sure you find out what the cost of the treatment is going to be BEFORE you proceed with any dental work. This will save you from getting a huge and unexpected bill, especially in London. This has not happened to me recently but has happened to a number of my family members at a few different dental clinics in London. My brother recently got an unexpected 1200 pound bill after he had some dental work done in Clapham! Happy new year! :-)
