Dulwich Dental Office

My toddler received an excellent service at the Dulwich Dental Office. It was his first visit ever and we already needed to treat 3 teeth. Everything went smooth and painless, of course! I received all the recommendations and all my questions were answered. Thank you, Dr. Lily!

I can recommend this clinic for kids and, I am sure, for adults as well!

The registration desk and assistance is also great and attentive, very welcoming!

The dentist assigned to my son was excellent. Friendly and professional, really put him at ease and explained clearly what she was going to do throughout the appointment. Also gave a scale and polish and did an excellent job. Thank you

Unregistered me as an NHS patient without consulting me, so I have now been left with no dentist.
They do have appointments, but they will only let you book them if you pay privately, so they are actively turning away patients who need dental care.
They do not care about their patients, they only care about the money.
The last time I was there the dentist was rude and undermining to me so I was reluctant to return anyway.
Glad that I will never have to go here ever again and I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. 0/10

Dr Lilly Wang was very pleasant, thorough and explains well.
The ladies are always welcoming at the reception and the dental office is clean. I've been going there for the past 7 years and have always been happy with any dentist or hygienist.

I have had a pretty bad fear of the dentist for most of my life but I have found Dulwich Dental Office to be very understanding of this and amenable to helping me manage my anxiety. As a result I find myself much more at ease when booking appointments and undergoing treatment. Would definitely recommend this practise to anyone else who may be nervous!

I had an appointment with Lily and she was absolutely wonderful. I feel very anxious going to the dentist but Lily made me feel very calm and comfortable. Would really recommend. On the other hand the receptionist Galina was very lovely too with great customer service skills. X

Very comfortable experience for simple filling replacement. Dentist and dental nurse made sure I understood the process and explained the condition of my tooth. Also discussed dental hygiene. Pleasant helpful receptionist. Have used clinic for many years.

Great experience seeing the dentist for my daughter. Dentist was very patient and communicative from the start and put my daughter at ease straight away. She loved her sticker at the end too. Overall great experience. Highly recommend.
