I am so very lucky to have Dr. Ania Walisiewicz taking care of my dental treatments. Dr. Ania always explains everything slowly and thoroughly. I have no hesitation in my highest recommendation of her professionalism. The staff at the practice are also very welcoming and helpful.

In many years of attending dentists....I presumed all were much the same; my teeth were pretty poor and looked neglected. They had not been neglected, just treated by mediocre dentists. I had no confidence that things could be different.

I could not have been more wrong. When I attended Dr Godley my eyes were opened. My teeth now looked pretty good. I was happy with them for the first time in my (quite long) life.....Hurray and three cheers For Dr Godley.

It is a huge 100% from all flanks: quality of dental procedure, and customer service, and a highly desirable cost for value.

I am not recommending this dental practice due to an absolute disrespect to patient time and complete lack of understanding and honouring scheduled time frames.

I had an appointment scheduled to 2pm. I have arrived on time and was told to wait. After 5 minutes I asked what is the status of my 2pm appointment, I have been told that the dentist is having lunch. The receptionist said she will inform the dentist that a client is waiting. After another ten minutes she had no response, I have cancelled the appointment and left. rest assured I will not be coming back, there are literally two practices next door.

While I appreciate the incredibly hard work all medical practices are delivering during the pandemic, I believe a quick phone call communicating the delay would have been more than sufficient to reschedule the appointment and me leaving a happy patient.

But there was absolutely zero communication by any methods. If not for my inquiry to the receptionist, I would have most probably spent sitting on the sofa much longer than 15 minutes.

Please, continue the incredibly hard work, and thank you for meeting all necessary standards to keep all patients and their families safe.

I have been a patient here for many years. I often have had to wait at length for my appointment but the work of the dentistry is great so I accepted this. Last week I had an appointment for 12:00. At 12:30 I had to ask the secretary what the situation was. She said he had to take an emergency. The emergency patient left soon after and at 12:45 I was still waiting. Finally I convinced the secretary to ask the dentist about me! She came back to say to re-schedule. It's not so much that there was an emergency. it was the lack of respect to me, a long standing patient, who sat for 45 min. with no understanding of when I was going to be seen. And, in the end, that the dentist did not come and apologize! I've had some wonderful service here...but this kind of treatment (waiting with no explanation) has happened too many times. Sadly, I'll have to look for a new dentist.

I've now been a patient of this practice for a year and a half. When I first contacted them, I was very concerned by a receding gum on the low right part. Imogen helped me to get back to a better hygiene, and I definitely saw an improvement on my gums in general. Since she left, Anastasiya has been looking after me and continued the great prep work ahead of the gum surgery, which I had in May.
She was attentive to my concerns, and she did an amazing work. She took her time to do a precise work, and that's why I keep going there: attention to detail. I've never felt rushed on my visits, the post-surgery follow up was also to a very good standard, and my gum healed without too much pain and fairly quicky. So a big thank you!

This dental practice is simply amazing. I've been using their services for more than 6 years. All of my experiences have been great, as I felt the care, the professionalism and the expertise to deal with my case. Highly recommended
