Very kind Dentist & excellent Hygienist who is welcoming and gave great explanations. Lovely practice, very modern, clean and welcoming. Would highly recommend - attended as an NHS patient.

The best dental experience I've ever had as not only my teeth were thoroughly checked but attention was paid to the alignment of my jaw etc and my repair was fitted in with kind consideration of not living close by and a great job done. Very pleased. And highly recommend this dental practice.

From the moment you enter, you are warmly welcomed by the receptionists who are highly skilled and knowledgeable. My dentist David Kang, is very caring and considerate. Gives you all the options available and your never rushed to make any decision. I would highly recommend David Kang and Bayswater Dental Surgery.

Guys Avoid Avoid Avoid This place, honestly it’s the worst dental practice I have ever been to, I asked a question on email, can you replace an old crown (nothing wrong with the crown, it is just unsightly), no pain, no cracks, no problem, just wanted it changed ? Can you do this on the NHS, sure sir you have to pay £23.80 and come in and see us ! So after a 2hr round trip, Dr David basically told me it’s not possible on the NHS because it isn’t broken or in any pain ? Why did you not tell me that on email - Anyway they proceeded to take x-rays, not the tooth in question but other teeth, then started to examine the scan and said your wisdom tooth is at an angle ? I said I’m here to talk about my crown ! Oh we can’t do anything about that - Replacing crowns for aesthetic reasons is not covered on the NHS. But before I was about to leave he said, oh can I take an x-Ray if your crown (covering themselves to justify their £23.80) But now we have your £23.80 you can leave our practise and we can’t help you sorry ! Even Dr David was embarrassed because reception never mentioned this to me, took my money and waste a whole day and also took time off work. Dr Bindesh Shah the owner couldn’t care less and just brushed it all off ! I did read bad reviews but thought I’d give them a try - how stupid of me ! Never again Honestly Avoid this place at all cost

To put it simply, Raj saved my molar (root canal plus crown) when my previous NHS dentist said that the only thing to do was to take it off. The root canal was painless and everything went smoothly, despite the risk of infection. The staff at the practice are true professionals.

An addition: after 6 months I had the same treatment for another tooth. Same painless result.

A friend recommended this dental surgery several months. I wish I had found it sooner. Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional and the dental treatment is excellent. Very impressed all round.

a fab dentist - just don’t mess up your dates!!
As new client, only had the one appt & had booked another with the hygienist, several weeks ahead as there was a waiting list…
in between, frustratingly, I lost my phone & missed the reminder, guessed the date & got it wrong. This means, to get another appt there’s a £35 fee or basically get lost.
A real pity, I liked the place & the dentist, & even the reception crew - all very nice - but just cos it’s on Westbourne Grove doesn’t mean that a fee like that’s affordable to everyone who goes there. It’s not, esp in the current climate.
I do understand the annoyance of missed appointments, I feel it too, believe me, esp after waiting weeks & weeks just to get a thorough brush, but £35 is simply not affordable. That’s roughly a week’s worth of train fare. No choice but to find another dentist.

What this lot don't know about teeth ain't worth knowing! I've waited a good ol while to post this review because I thought surely they can't keep this up. Well how wrong I was; you won't catch this lot slippin! The friendliest team since scooby & the gang and it all starts with the lovely Anna and Dea - those smiles could sell water to a whale & fire in hell. High-key Aquarius energy! Anyway, keep on keeping it real Bayswater Dental Massive and keep me blessed with those text reminders. Ha
