From the brilliant receptionist Nikki helping juggle things around for my tight time schedule to Dr. Jack who has given me the most amazing smile! I am so happy with my new teeth. I am so glad I have chosen this practice to straighten my teeth with invisalign. Dr James has so much attention to detail, which is exactly what you need when investing your money. He is also very honest about final results and does not try to sell you what you do not need. I felt supported all the way through the process. The all team is so accommodating in rescheduling appointments too. Overall a great experience! Thank you!

I cannot speak highly enough of Surbiton Dental. It's a 1st class experience all round. Text/email reminders a couple of days before your appointment, a warm welcome when you arrive and great practitioners who will make even the most nervous of patients feel at ease. Care and professionalism across the board, you could not ask for a better experience.

I had two appointments with Dr Jack Connan and I was very happy, I would definitely recommend him. I had two fillings done and I have to say I have never had a dentist procedure this painless, barely felt anything. He was very good at explaining what was going to happen, and anything else I should know. He took his time, nothing felt rushed at all, so a very positive experience. The reception team are lovely too, and very welcoming. I'm glad I finally found a great dental practice!

I have just finished my Invisalign treatment and have been so happy with the whole process. Not just with the transformation of my teeth but the treatment by James and all of his team. I have felt supported and reassured throughout the process and am certain that if I have any issues or queries post-treatment, I will be able to get the support I need.
