The Dental Design Studio

I visited this dental clinic on a handful of occasions during lockdown and the care and service provided by Dr Hussain was equally exceptional each time. Despite being quite nervous about the treatment, she was able to put me at ease and allowed me to ask even the silliest of questions. Most importantly I am so pleased with the results! Will definitely be recommending this dentist to friends and family!

I recently visited this practice (post lockdown) and was amazed at the procedures in place for infection control and the service. Fahima the dentist was amazing! She made me feel at ease and answered all of the questions I had in mind without me having to ask. Her dental nurse Alex was also very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the brilliant service and keep up the hard work :)

The reception team is great very friendly kind and helpful i cannot say the same for Dr Katz . He seemed standoffish and uninterested to give me a full dental plan which i take it as being unprofessional of him. Maybe a good dentist but manners and customer service felt cold and unfriendly.

Just had a real hygienist do my teeth at a new dentist ( NOT DENTAL DESIGN) and Wow.

The painful experience from the Dental design studio was horrible. Dr Katz is supposedly a dentist and hygienist which isn’t actually how it’s meant to work. He hurt me a lot twice when I had a clean.

Very painful, very aggressive, thankfully I didn’t rebook. Wouldn’t recommend

Appallingly poor service. I am indignant as a customer. It has been over 2 months I'm chasing a referral letter to no avail.
I was told at first I don't exist as a patient but I have clear recollection of being there which was an insult to my intelligence.
Only to find out that I was written in the first place.
Finally, when they did, they had sent the referral to the wrong email address which is a clear breach of Data protection.
After I had finally received the letter which I was CC'd into they had misspelt the address.
I have been waiting for 2minths and no one can help.me out.
Absolutely Appalling services.
I cannot believe such profession exists on the high street.

Anybody who is very stressed if they need to visit a dentist or just see a needle knows how important a doctor who can create a comfortable atmosphere and help the patient go through easily even difficult treatments. This is Dr Katz. Thanks again!

I attended for a regular examination and since I arrived Nicolet at the reception made me feel like at home, not like a dentist visit at all. In the surgery Dr Katz was very gently with me, he provided different options for my dental treatment and very useful dental tips for me to follow at home.
