Ghauri Dental Centre

I have been extremely satisfied with my dentist visit at Ghauri Dental Centre, Hounslow seen by Dr. M. Parekh, he takes his time to see me and my daughter very friendly. I have never felt so comfortable dentist before, highly recommended to others.
Also the all other staff are friendly, welcoming and courteous' make you feel better. I find this extremely useful that the dentist shares the information about the treatment and being involved in the decision making, it becomes much easier for the patient to accept and what to expect. I am often nervous when i visit dentist, but at Ghauri Dental Centre, the staff always help to be calm and not be so nervous.
Overall i have been very satisfied with the outcome of my visit at Hounslow Brance and would recommend 100%.

Pretty poor customer service. I called in to book an appointment and was told "you need to find another dentist because you haven't visited us in 4 years". To which I explained yes I haven't booked an appointment since the last time because I havent needed to! So I kindly requested what the due process is and the receptionist hung up on me. Pretty poor customer service.

I don't know why this clinic has such high rating. It's clearly obvious to me that most of the reviews are fake. Because the service I have received is nowhere close to the positive rating this dental clinic has. One of the most over Rated cheap clinics with amateurs and highly over priced services.

I got 2 fillings done and was told that the filings are one of the best and high quality and in less than 1 week after having the filing done one of it totally vanished without any trace today ( 1 June) after chowing down on some snaktastic hummus bites (crisps). The tooth is now empty and the filling I assume is down in my stomach. It came off like chewing gum. One of my other tooth has never had a filling and these "professionals" claim that it had been filled in the past, excuse me but it's My mouth, my tooth I surely would have remembered if it had any filling, bur it never have had any filling.

They charge around 60£ per filling which is a cheap chewing gum filler. This dental clinic is legalised scam.

I'd advise you to avoid this place at all cost. It's not worth your money and time, think about your dental health and choose some other clinic.. The service and products here are of poor quality.

I have looked after my teeth as they advised me to, but after having some crisps and the filler and 60£ are gone.

Excellent and professional service received at this surgery by Dr Najjar. I was seen promptly and was offered thorough information on my treatment options. The procedure was done skilfully and seamlessly and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I strongly recommend!

Thanks a lot to all staff at Ghauri Dental Practice Hounslow they are best dentist, I was in severe pain / swelling last many days, try so many dentist no one book my appointment, As my colleague call to this practice spoken to Ahmad, straight way he arranged the appointment and sorted my issue. The dentist Kishore explain everything and gives the best after care advice, he done fantastic work and ease my pain. I have ultimate confidence in his abilities and recommend to everyone I know

I am so pleased with the Ghauri Dentist Hounslow branch as they resolve my disable son pain issue same day with due respect. The all staff was cooperated also have been very efficient and professional handling. Am happy to recommend the practice for dental care.

I ended up at Ghauri last week thanks to an emergency appointment through triple one. The team, from Mr Ahmed on reception, Sonia the nurse to the dentist, Dr Parekh, were absolutely amazing and really professional. After seeing four dentists that week, a couple of misdiagnoses, I was relieved to walk out of there with a 'smile on my face'. Thank you again!

I recently took my son for his dental appointment to Ghauri Clinic, Dr Parekh made sure my son was at ease and helped him overcome all his fears. He was very gentle and did not rush the appointment. He later explained the future treatment in a very informative manner. Highly recommend the practice.
