Crossbank Dental Care

I am very happy to give Crossbank 5 stars. I have been a patient there for many years, but recently had an implant. It is of course a long drawn out process, but throughout I was treated with the utmost kindness and understanding. Each procedure was explained fully, and I felt very safe and cared for during each appointment. I finally had the tooth attached to the implant, and am extremely happy with the result.

Crossbank Dental practice was recommended to me when I wanted to explore having a dental implant. Everyone I met with was happy to answer all my questions, and were courteous and friendly. I felt confident throughout the procedure, from the initial contact through to the review afterwards, and am very satisfied with the result.

I have been a patient at Crossbank for a few years now and the care and treatment is always of a high standard.

Sue on reception is a credit to the practice and she is always friendly and efficient as well as making you feel at ease.

I’m currently seeing Linda for my care, and she takes great care of me and as well as healthy teeth I come out with a smile on my face.
And as a nervous patient she always makes me feel comfortable and I have total trust in her that whatever treatment she says I need is correct.

We followed our dentist to Crossbank Dental Care at Kendal... what a lovely welcoming place! Big wide open reception area, lovely music playing in the background to soften the minds of those who may be a little nervous of dental surgeries, just lovely surroundings! Our new Hygienist Linda was superb and certainly made us feel very relaxed, we had a really great cleaning experience with hints and tips how to use our own dental cleaning tools!

Crossbank is a large Dental Practice which allows them to employ a range of people with different specialties. As a patient you are directed towards the person best suited to help, making good use of highly qualified dental technicians and dental hygienists as well as traditional Dentists. My experiences have been excellent; I have always been given access to a Dentist when I have needed it and the service offered by the Dental Technicians is superb. My treatments are well explained and itemised estimates for work issued before commencement of treatment; so no hidden costs. I have been given emergency appointments promptly when needed and I am always treated with respect and kindness. I am very happy to recommend this Dental Practice.

When I needed a second implant I returned to Crossbank, despite moving from the area. The staff are friendly and helpful. Always willing to answer any questions about the treatment plan. As a patient, I have complete confidence in the dentist and recommend Crossbank to anyone considering implants.

I have always received great treatment at Crossbank Dental Care. The new Hygienist team are very friendly and looked after me very well. They are using great up to date kit such as the airflow system which makes the visit much more comfortable than might have been the case in years gone by. Would highly recommend.
