Very caring staff right from the reception desk. Doctor Alex Weeks has been exceptionally brilliant caring for my family and I with such passion and huge knowledge in dentistry.
I just want to say a big thank you for the professional manner in which my tooth was extracted couple of days ago leaving me with no after pain.

Ever since I switched to this dental practice it's been a nightmare. Then on 10/03/20 things really go down hill. Got multiple fillings: One more cosmetic after a few days, the other fillings restricted flossing, and eventually they fell out too. 17/08/20 I booked to get these fixed. But this wasn't possible so I had to come back on 21/09/20... which also failed... 01/10/20 take two. This filling holds up much better.. but the dentist did a horrible job and didn't remove all of the decay.. So now I need to wait another month to get an appointment to have a root canal done..

### Update 13/06/2022. Things have been going smoothly but I haven't received an update from the complaint I issued. One of the other fillings this practice gave me, which I complained about in person to my dentist for various reasons, has become loose and sensitive. This is 3 months after a check-up where they said everything was perfect. Following an excellent phone call from the manager they have been able to book me into a cancellation and have offered to discuss my complaint in more detail. It seems as if my previous complaint was closed without formally notifying me which seems odd. This does make me hopeful.

I attended the dentist last Thursday as a filling I had suddenly dropped out. The Dentist was called Alex and he managed to redo another filling . Sadly this second filling fell out 2 days after my appointment. The Dentist was called Alex and he was very attentive but did explain that my tooth was not likely to survive very much longer. Alex suggested a crown. So I am currently deciding if I need another crown . I shall phone for another appointment next week.

Overall experience was okay, the staff were really nice and friendly; I usually get nervous going to the dentist and I felt fairly at ease. However, throughout my appointment it became clear that the dentist was trying to upsell products from their partner (private) dentist practice. I understand the importance of making a sale, but I began to feel that my health was less important than the dentist trying to convince me to get Invisalign braces. All my treatment options were then very begrudgingly offered via the NHS, but only after they had explained how it simply wasn't as good as the private option. Again, this was a case of selling a product rather than keeping the patient's wellbeing in mind.
I would prefer to feel like a patient during my visit, not a consumer, client, or customer.

Excellent work…. But, we agreed to cap top left tooth and we both forgot to mention it after the excellent job of filling a few teeth. Will need to re contact to organise :)

I was very impressed with my first appointment at Whitton Corner Dental Practice. Very friendly and efficient atmosphere, and I was very happy with the care I received from my dentist. I will look forward to going again for my next appointment.

I have been going to this dental practice for years. I have always found the reception staff and dentists to be very friendly and looking out for my dental health. Thank you for that. Keep up the good work!
