The Green Dental Surgery

After going to a series of dentists in the area, I was beginning to think that the low standard of service offered was the norm - Lazy work, bad service, bad attitude towards customers (we are no longer patients), taking payments and not completing the work paid for (they owe me money and refuse to return calls and emails regarding this).

This dentist is terrible and I can only recommend going somewhere else.

I have since found a decent dentist and the quality of work carried out by them just amplifies how dire the Green dentist are.

Terrible customer service. I was too unwell to attend my first appointment and called to cancel. Was treated as though it was school and told that the receptionist was worried I would “do it again” despite having not known about the 24 hour cancellation policy (not that I need justify being ill but I only started to feel unwell at 10pm the previous night). Having not been to the dentist for a long time, I would likely have spend hundreds here - it’s almost as though they don’t want new customers. Shocking that you wouldn’t have any empathy or trust in someone who wants to pay at your business.
If your receptionists are that passive aggressive and rude at 9am in the morning you need to find new ones. Shame!

When you have several people leaving reviews about how rude you are and yet you continue to act this way, it shows your disregard for your patients/other human beings in general. Like many of the other reviewers, I have found the receptionist and the female dentist to be incredibly and unnecessarily rude on numerous occasions now. Do not give your money to these people.

If I could give 0 stars I would - people avoid this dentist at all cost they are dodgy. The receptionist that loads of people here complain about is so rude, she has no people skills and only god knows how she's lasted there so long must be a relative. I clearly went in for my appointments and was asked am I on benefits to which I said no and I paid for all services. Now someone tell me why after a couple of months I receive a penalty letter saying at the time I put I was on benefits - after calling to find out the receptionist hanged up on me and was so rude and refused to even help. When I called the NHS Business Service Authority they confirmed the surgery put this down for me and how dodgy it was that they took payment and did this as they were unsure where my money was gone. After sending screenshots and them cancelling my case they advised to not go there anymore and they will be investigating this dental surgery. Stay away at all cost, also get a nicer receptionist as a South Asian women myself this woman needs to learn to have some class and honestly if you look that miserable all the time leave your job.

Been there a few times and Ms A Hoque is fantastic. Definitely recommend especially if you a nervous patient. I've seen negative reviews about the receptionist but always found her to be very pleasant.

Amazing practice I have been a patient of this practice for many years and my family and friends too!!! theses people are leaving reviews on the wrong west green dental surgery that's not nice!! The dentist's Angela And Deesha and so informative in explaining treatment that needs to be done never do anything unless you give your full consent to the treatment. Always making sure your happy to continue with your treatment and making sure that you are at ease and comfort.
I fully recommend this competent practice to the highest!!

The anesthesia lasted two days, and she asked me if I want more... Archaic instruments. Never was so painful going to a dentist. She made a filling that was too big and had to the correct and do again in another center. I didn’t claim for don’t be have to treat there again. I don’t recomend the experience, the worst in dentist that I could find.
