Lancing Dental Care

Efficient, fast, friendly, kind, thorough (and funny)…LDC are a rare jewel. I even find myself looking forward to seeing them. Which seems odd…

Been an NHS patient here for 18 months now and very impressed. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful (despite being obviously very busy). Even managed to squeeze me in for an important appointment before my maternity exemption expired, for which I will be eternally grateful!! Dentist and other staff always friendly too. Highly recommend.

Brilliant dentist
The staff are lovely, kind, helpful and supportive. Nice to have a TV screen in the dentist. Alwa get through on the phone when phoning the practice. Local to where I live. Highly recommended

Thoroughly disappointed.

I used this dentist for treating my infected salivary stones. I visited after finally managing to book an appointment with the receptionist. I got an appointment, and was referred to hospital. The 2 weeks had passed and I had not heard anything, whilst still bed-bound in pain and fever. Called up for an update, and the receptionist couldn’t have been more unhelpful. Long story short, after 3 weeks, I removed the stones myself in a DIY procedure, and luckily, it all healed up with the help of antibiotics.

I still never heard back from the dentist or hospital, which must mean that they never actually referred me correctly!

I called up again and asked them if I needed to do anything else to stop the removal of the stones causing another infection… and never received the phone call back that they promised.

I am now registered in Brighton and receive much better service.

Do not use Lancing Dental Care if you value the important of emergency dental treatment.

Due to covid no longer registered even after Denist told me to only ring when I needed them even after a major surgery

I've been terrified of the dentist for over 10 years. Whenever I've been to emergency appointments I've felt judged for not having done anything sooner. Until I came here. The atmosphere when you walk in the door feels homely and safe and your immediately greeted by people who clearly love and care about their job.
Going into the dentist surgery straight away he put me at ease by reassuring me everything would be okay.
Understanding and caring for how I've been feeling qnd doing all he could to resolve the problem long term. Picking up on an issue that hadn't been picked up before.

You cannot fault this Dentist surgery. If you are frightened or worried about going to the dentist this is the place to go.

Finally a positive experience !!!!!

A lovely team who made my daughter feel very relaxed. Also, I just had the greatest Hygienist experience maybe ever with Diana. Receptionist also a legend! Highly recommended!

Registered here in January and I was informed I could get an appointment with an independent dentist who had similar prices to nhs. Impossible after that to get hold of them on the phone. Had some email exchanges with receptionist with promise of an appointment. Told today they are not offering appointments to new patients yet! Very frustrating!
