Incredible Smiles

Poor customer service. The dentist seemed very uncertain about the diagnosis. After spending a considerable amount of time reviewing the x rays of my teeth, I was told that I needed to do a root canal. There was no clarity on prices and I was referred back to the receptionist to arrange an appointment with another one of the dentists when I expressed my concerns. The dentist came across as lacking confidence and I did not feel I was in safe hands when it was recommended that I see another dentist later that week to carry out the root canal. When I spoke to the receptionist, he had no compassion and was quite frankly rude. I would not expect this behaviour towards patients who are going through enough pain as it is with their teeth. He had a very negative attitude and came across as incredibly immature. Overall, there was no client care as soon as it became clear that I would not be willing to pay almost £700 for a root canal with a dentist who doubted their own ability to do the job! I will not be coming back here again.

Absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to!!! Since childhood I have always been scared of dentists and I never felt comfortable when visiting one. And now having to go to a dentist whilst heavily pregnant (39 weeks) I genuinely thought I’d dive a birth there and then :) However I was absolutely amazed how easy and pain free, professional and reassuring Mr Vlado was at the Incredible Smiles. Super gentle, kind and very nice & friendly dentist. Highly recommend to everyone! From now on, this is my only ever dentist!!!

Dr. Anastasia Papadopoulou is easily one of the Best Dentists I have ever been treated by. She has an incredibly sensitive approach to patients, and works very quickly and efficiently. I was treated by her as an emergency and Dr. Anastasia did a superb job! She also treated our 3year old daughter some months later and did an equally fantastic job again. I honestly cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Thanks goodness that we have such a brilliant and helpful Dental practice so close to us. And the nicest thing is everyone there is so friendly and normal. Very family like. Also, the lady in reception is wonderful and super helpful. You all deserve a medal. Thank you!

In short - fabulous dentist.
When my dentist retired, after I'd been seeing him for over 30 years(!), I was worried about finding a new one. My oldest son suggested I try the one down the road, so I did. And I was delighted! I had excellent treatment by Dr Vlada Hrkalovic - I had toothache and he treated the area very gently, explained everything very clearly, then gave me a thorough check-up and did the hygienist bit too. My toothache has now gone and my teeth are clean and healthy. My daughter saw Dr Olga Hrkalovic and she was equally happy. I thoroughly recommend this dental practice (I don't normally leave reviews but I wanted to give praise where it is due).
Also they are taking all the precautions and more against covid.

Objectively the services I had were well performed, nothing bad to say on this front.

However, very disappointed that I was charged £109 for what was essentially a slightly more advanced scale and polish treatment + an X-ray. Upon inspection, I was told I needed an £85 hygienist treatment on the private services instead of the anticipated £23 scale and polish NHS band 1 treatment when booking my appointment as a NHS patient. I was not really given a choice between the two options. Last time I visited the practice, I had so much more plaque build-up to clear and was charged £23 with a standard scale and polish under the NHS, so this sudden change of treatment choice felt dishonest and unjustified.

The dentist then insisted I also needed to have an X-ray done for an extra £23 from the already unexpected £85 'just to make sure everything is fine' and despite no apparent issue - only to tell me in ten seconds that in fact yes, everything was perfect. This again felt unjustified.
To top it all off, the dentist was discussing extortionate energy bills for his practice with his assistant while performing treatment. Guess I know why the jump to £109 then...

A real shame as I had a good experience during my previous visit but I will definitely not come back here as it's not financially sustainable for such routine treatments.

Rude costumer service! After so long of waiting they just cancelled my appointment and gave me another one to wait 1 month for again. The costumer service is so rude on the phone

I'm very grateful for this dentist practice because as a new patient and on my first appointment the dentist gave my teeth a good clean and fixed a chipped front tooth to a very high standard. I was so pleased when I looked in the mirror and saw there was no visible difference between the fix and my natural teeth. What was even more valuable was the fact that they didnt waste my time with xrays done a through check, questioned me about any problems then got straight to the treatment and I also found out I dont have gum disease. Unlike my recent appalling experience with Ace dentist in Harrow who falsely told me I had gum disease (I obviously now know thats not true) in a bid to extort me into seeing their hygienist for £55 stressing to say the least.
