I am a very nervous dental patient but I no longer dread going to the dentist. Melanie and her staff always make me feel very comfortable and at ease. They are friendly, open and extremely professional. Thanks to them, I now have the perfect smile I wished for ever since I was a teenager!

As I have been traveling heavily for the past few years, I am always constantly on the lookout for a good dentist and I can confidently say that I have finally found one in London. By far one of the best 'in-chair' experiences I have had. All procedures were clearly explained upfront, costs were clearly outlined at the onset, the dentist (Jonathan) was interested about my well being throughout the procedures and a great deal of time and care was taken with each procedure.

This practice is not just a sausage machine that churns through patients, but rather takes an interest in each patient and treats them accordingly. I can highly recommend.

I wonder where this practice gets their good reviews from. I had a horrible experience. First impression, the practice looks very run down- I've seen better ones in third world countries. Setting this negative impression aside, I decided to show up for my hygienist appointment anyway. I was seen very quickly by the dentist. Again all of their equipment looked very old. The dentist was very rough and the procedure was very quick, about 15 mins. With my mouth aching, I went to the reception to pay. The receptionist said "that would be 69£". I explained that on their website it said 55£. She then started making her tone firmer and louder " it's 69£". I explained again that it was not what was on the website and she raises her voice again as if to intimidate me-at this point everyone in the waiting room was looking at us "It's 69! the website is wrong and you had the air flow done anyway so it's 69!" Oh so I had an airflow done which was charged extra which the dentist didn't ask if I wanted it at all! I dont remember how many times I heard her scream "69£".

What a disgraceful way to get 14£ extra from your clients and gaining NO LOYALTY. You need to rethink your business strategy.

The price did not matter to me as I was claiming it back from my private insurance. So no, you didn't humiliate me into paying more than what you advertised, you just showed that you don't deserve another visit and I will not be recommending this practice to anyone of my colleagues who also have private insurance cover.

Needed an appointment to check on a problem and potentially do a quick fix before I get to my regular dentist back in Devon. The receptionist was extremely helpful and got me in within a couple of days, then once I arrived the whole team was equally helpful and very friendly. Jonathan checked my teeth thoroughly and found no issues, he took the time to explain what he was doing throughout and made the experience really positive.

I highly recommend these guys, you will struggle to find a better service.

Mel was recommended to me through a friend and has been looking after me for a year now, and she has done wonders for my smile. I originally had Invisalign to close the gaps between my teeth and even them up, which she did a wonderful job of. I then went on to get lip enhancement to even up my lips and make my pout slightly bigger. She has completely transformed my smile and made my mouth so symmetrical, and no one even noticed the change in my lips it was so subtle (that’s the outcome I wanted!) and they still look completely natural and are a lovely shape. She really puts me at ease (I am not the most relaxed patient!) and I have recommended her to my friends for both dental and lip enhancements. She is fantastic.

I went to this dentist after having not been for years as i was very nervous.I saw Dr Vilamediana.She makes sure I understand everything and never makes me feel rushed. I feel like she really cares about what she is doing . I highly recommend this dentist especially if you are nervous like me.

I have been looked after by Melanie and her team for several years and cannot speak too highly of them.

From the delightful and ever helpful Goda on reception,to the charming and skliful Anita,the hygenist,to the superb Melanie who will do all to save a tooth,but if that is not possible will make an excellent abstraction.Hher other work on teeth,fillings and polishings are also superb

Dr Mariela and her nurse Vicky always make me feel welcome and put me at ease. A very comfortable and relaxed environment. I would recommend this dental surgery.
